I have been wanting to redo my kitchen for years. Finally I took the time and effort to dive in and get it done. Of course I wanted to minimize my budget but the kitchen is huge with a large bar so I knew there was a lot of square footage. This of course scared me bc of cost. I knew I wanted quartz so I started to explore what companies were recommended and reasonable. I went on Next Door, Google, Yelp, and friends referrals. I must have gotten 6 different quotes and spoken to 10 different companies. But I always kept coming back to NY Quartz. They just had this way about them that was warm, honest and ethical. It was not just about the sale to them but the relationship and what I wanted and needed. They knew I was working on a budget. I am by no means a designer and so when they would ask what do you think I always turned that ? around to what do you recommend? I loved that they had a definitive opinion even if it was a little extra work on their part. Their team that came in to measure and template was so utterly professional, nice and friendly. I literally had no hesitation leaving them in my house alone. They cleaned up everything with care, went above and beyond when I even needed a refrigerator moved out of an area. I decided at the last minute I wanted an extra piece replaced at the front door and they happily took it on. I am not someone who ever writes a review lightly and I always read millions of them before deciding who I am going to hire. Well NY Quartz is someone I would recommend to anyone including my dearest friend or family member. Toni, Eli, Joe, and on and on were truly awesome. I love my kitchen. New place..needed new countertops. Then the job grew to kitchen cabinets (partial). Was interested in their availability to do the work within my budget & time frame. They showed me there products, explained in DETAIL how they expedite from order to installation, guaranteed me a start date & EXACTLY how everything was going to go. They came to my place 2x to confirm measurements & how everything will fit..this was a great sign of things to come. The day of the install I was looking for something to go wrong. They made everything sound so simple & easy...heard that before, right? The crew was prompt at 9am, prepped my entire place with construction paper, taped things down, had a vacuum & other cleaning products on hand, ready to start the renovation. They were a "professional team" working together in unison, quickly & carefully. Not only did everything come out beautifully, but they finished early, offered to come back & make any corrections necessary (for the next day if needed) & there wasn't any issue whatsoever. The place was clean upon their departure, without any debris from their part of the work remaining. To my pleasant surprise..No extra surprise charges, beautiful products ere installed as promised, no last second switch on anything I originally selected, they finished earlier than I thought & were available to come back & correct anything that was missed during the install. How is that possible in South Florida???? I'm very lucky to find them & would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone doing home improvements or renovations. After going to many other quartz stores and not getting the customer service needed we stopped by New York quartz and I must say Eli is a true salesman. From the moment we walked in he was friendly and attentive, he showed me all around the store to make sure I saw all the pieces they had plus all the ones that met the description of what I was looking for. He took his time, never did I feel rushed or felt like I was pushed to purchase anything. He waited for me to take my time, which I was a bit picky and never did it bother him nothing like all the previous stores we visited. Once our two slabs arrived I was able to go to their fabricator and select which way I wanted the slabs to be cut so the vein pattern would show to my liking, the guys at the fabricator were extremely nice and even made me a small cutting board out of the slab. The installation went smooth the guys also extremely nice and very accommodating, I couldn't take days off from work to install so they made it happen right after my work hours. My husband and I decided to redo our master bathroom , We had visited and consulted multiple contractors. We walked into New York Quartz showroom and were really impressed from the variety , the quality of the tile fabrication and their salesman honestly and willingness to help , he showed us all they had to offer. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We scheduled a time for them to come out and measure and then provide an estimate. The estimator was right on time, quick and courteous. Within a day, we had our estimate which was very competitive!! We chose to work with them and started the demolition the following week , they worked according to our agreed schedule and their team left everything clean and organized every day , both the owner and the project manager followed up with me on a daily basis , The installation was seamless as was the final result .We love our new bathroom. We had a fairly unique vision for our kitchen counter tops, and after trying and failing with several different stone companies, we stumbled upon New York Quartz, and Tony, without hesitation understood exactly what we wanted. Using New York Quartz for our kitchen quartz countertops was a great experience. The gentlemen in the showroom were very patient knowledgeable and not pushy. The installers showed up exactly when they said they would. The countertop looks great and they were careful not to damage the existing cabinets.
