Pricing was competitive, the office was responsive and the installation flawless. The job was to replace old laminate counters in a kitchen and wet bar with Venetian gold granite. There was a nominal $350 materials removal fee, and the rest of the job cost about $3200. From the first measuring visit to installation took about 2 weeks. The installers spent around 3 hours on site, doing a fine job of caulking every crevice and drilling the faucet ports exactly to our specification. My biggest concern was affixing the undermount sinks securely, as I've read the undermount brackets cannot support much weight. The installers solved the problem with robust and elegantly installed 2x4 braces. The sinks could support the weight of an elephant. I very much appreciate getting this installed before the holidays, and not getting screwed. Thank you. read more

Save yourself and add this to the list of contractors NOT to use in South Florida! No warranty, installers had to come 3 times, and to say they are lacking in customer service is an understatement. A year ago I hired WS Granite to install white quartz countertops in my kitchen renovation. Melissa/Marcia were very helpful and accommodating during the sales process but that soon changed after installation and final payment. The person taking the measurements was professional, the installers were kind, but I had to ask them to come back two more times to both adjust cuts near/around my stove to make sure the drawers nearby would open, and also to seal and caulk the areas under the slab on the island which they originally left what I would consider unfinished. A year later, I notice a chip on the edge of a particularly low traffic area of my countertop. I asked Melissa/Marcia if they were able to do a repair to this and she requested a photo which I promptly sent. Days later after I emailed her again, she offered to do a "service call" for $175. I purchased quartz due to it's hardness and resiliency and wondered why they wouldn't stand by a product that was purchased just one year ago. I've never heard of a countertop product without at least a 1-10 year warranty. One of them replied in a terse letter saying" there is no problem with the quartz. when we install back on 29th of June, 2018, there was no damage so ever. It looks like some one must have acidentally hitten the corner of the stone. Any kind of natural stone or quartz it will get chiped if a hard object hits the edges of your countertop." I replied to this asking for the warranty information on this product and now we're back to no-reply. So at this point I am safe to say WS Granite offers NO WARRANTY on their products! It can be up for debate whether someone hit the edge of the counter using a hammer with force (which I didn't, it's a small chip and unsure when it showed up), I believe is a weakness from manufacturing, but who really knows? Frankly the chip is so small, they could repair it easily and I could then give them a recommendation to friends, clients etc.. It would be so easy to stand by their products and say "let me come and take a look at it and see what we can do" and just do SOMETHING... but instead they want to insist they are right. I've been in the service industry my entire life -- if I spoke to clients in this way, I wouldn't be able to afford new countertops, get the point? Save yourselves, call a different "small, family owned business" that offers warranties and standards for the products they sell and service they provide. read more

Terrible experience!! Run away! What started out seemed fine, but then. The guy who came to measure talked of his personal life and ignored the directions of where to go around the bump out to match the alignment of the upper and lower cabinets. The installation was done poorly and they cut a slab which was supposed to be whole after damaging my brand new cabinets. The sink is not installed properly and hangs loosely in the cutout, the edges of the waterfall have chips that are not filled with a matching epoxy. We spent a good amount of time configuring the layout of my kitchen onto 3 slabs leaving a large piece for a desktop, mini bar and window sills in their care while the additional cabinets were being fabricated. I call to have my desktop fabricated which I have been quoted for and they know that I am coming back for it. A $3000 piece of quartzite left in their care they now tell me that they only hold it for 30 days and my $3000 slab of quartzite has been discarded. This was a 3cm slab of Extreme Blanc quartzite original price almost $6k. I call BS. I know they sold it. No one is returning my calls or answering my text or WhatsApp when that was how they communicated with me in the past. Big fail! If you want an expert go with New England Kitchen. read more

Can't recommend WS Granite Tops enough! They are professional, precise, have beautiful stone, competitive pricing, and excellent customer service. We are currently re-doing our whole kitchen, and went with IKEA for the cabinetry. After hearing very mixed reviews about purchasing countertops thru IKEA (because of the third party installers) we decided to scout some companies here on Yelp. We decided to go in person to WS Granite Tops, and Marcia was so professional and attentive. In less than 5 minutes she had already recommended a Quartz slab that would be perfect for our kitchen. She took the measuremens from my drawing, and she had the whole kitchen mapped out in less than 15 minutes with a full quote. Believe it or not the price was already better than IKEAs. Even though everything was great we still went out and visited two more companies. No one's customer service matched WS Granite Tops and all the quotes were actually very close (and still lower than IKEAs) We called them back and left the deposit (half of the total) and were promptly scheduled for measurements on Monday. Bear in mind this was all done Saturday by 5pm. Measurements were taken on Monday and the technician was so professional. All measurements were done by laser and turned out to be 100% spot on, even with our terribly uneven walls. We were worried about gaps on the sides that met the walls, but nope they got our cuts done perfectly 100%. Installation was done that Friday afternoon. So not even a week had gone by, and we had purchased the quartz, had measurements taken, and it was fully installed. Installers were professional, friendly, and fast! They put my sink in, caulked all the edges to the wall. The job was so clean and I am so happy with my Quartz countertops. Quote was 100% accurate- no surprises. Terrible company, they were great at the beginning, until we paid half the amount for a kitchen countertop. After that, they stopped returning calls, Marcia kept on having trouble with her phone, they kept us without a sink in the kitchen for almost 2 weeks and kept lying about the reason. There was an issue with the measurement and kept on saying that they were still fabricating. When they finally came to install the countertop, after lots of harassing calls, they still had the first wrong measurement! And they just cut it outside in 5 minutes, but installed it slanted, as a gift. The existing cabinet had to removed and cut after that and now it is not alligned with the backsplash and cooking range, so you can easily see the mistake. I had a great experience with WS granite. When I first called there it was late on a Friday afternoon but rather than asking me to come by on Monday, Joanna encouraged me to come down right then and took the time to show me numerous available slabs. However, when I told Joanna & Marcia the look I was going for, they suggested a beautiful milky white man-made onyx. They took the time to hunt down exactly the right material (I was in a rush to complete my project) and they came out to template very quickly. I came by a couple times in advance of my installation to drop off my sink & other project materials. Cristiano was so patient and kind to me - answering a ton of questions that I had. Even the the owner (Weder) went above and beyond to make sure I was totally happy at the end of my project. Based on a recommendation from a local retailer we hired this company to fabricate and install a high-end quartz counter-top. Company co-owner Marcia came to our condo to see and provide the cost for the job and to do a preliminary measure. She later came back with her crew to create a template and to pick up the new sink to ensure the cut for the sink would be perfect. The job was absolutely amazing.
