It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with this company. Steven the manager is so unorganized…read moreand delayed on ordering everything until nine weeks after the final measurement of the Kitchen project. There has been nothing but miscommunication between all of the employees. I was misled to have an install date the week of August 17. Now they're telling me I cannot have my cabinets installed until late September. I have three small children including an infant with no kitchen because I ripped it out at their Guidance. I'm asking since the boxes are ready to be installed why can't They start with that since the doors haven't been ordered until now. He will not give me a response. Final measurement of my kitchen was done on June 23 and it's typically supposed to take six weeks. Nobody wants to take accountability and I can't get straight answers as to how this happened. Or any accommodations whatsoever. Stay away from this company they are a disaster. This is what $50,000 in kitchen Cabinets gets you from them. Not to mention that they lost the stain color I picked, didn't order the specialty hinges or any of the specialty hardware until week nine after final measure. Had constant miscommunication about what I paid for versus what I didn't pay for. An absolute nightmare

Do not trust this company. My mom had them redo her house. She was assured by their salesman before…read morehiring them that their "luxury" vinyl flooring could be used in a home office as long as specific rubber wheels were used on the chair. She did that. The floor broke quickly anyway. It was fixed under warranty once and Price Flooring told her she then had to buy a specific protective mat at her expense. She did that, too . The floor broke again. Price Flooring now told her to buy yet another, different protective mat at her expense yet again. Further, they attempted to charge her $400 to fix their worthless trash floor. Now, Price Flooring claims that the floor was NEVER UNDER WARRANTY because the office chair they assured her was fine to make the sale somehow voids the warranty. This, despite the fact that Price Flooring's salesperson advised her on the correct rubber wheels to buy in order to protect the floor. Apparently, Price Flooring magically became a charity when they fixed their own garbage products the first time. Either that, or a greedy company LIED to make a sale they otherwise wouldn't have made and stuck my mother with the consequences. Which is more likely? Mom will be eventually be fine because she has a construction lawyer in the family. There will be legal action. Shoutout to knowledgeable Julian in the store who showed me various replacement doors and quartz samples, Diane, who helped with design questions, Nelson, the company's owner, who brought samples to our home and accompanied me to look at quartz slabs and made fantastic suggestions (i.e., cabinet conversions to pullout drawers), Fernando, who reconfigured my plumbing to accommodate my new sink, Caesar and his crew, who removed my Corian countertops and backsplashes and installed my new quartz, "Mr. Magic", Eddie, who singlehandedly removed my old doors, converted cabinets to drawers, and built an additional pantry; each providing quality workmanship while always being meticulous. Nelson was on top of everything and responded immediately to my texts and phone calls. Signed the contract 7/29, was told work would begin 8/25. The quartz and plumbing were done 8/25-26, deconstruction and construction of cabinetry was done the following week and the entire project was completed in an extra 1/2 day. The quality of the replacement cabinet doors and drawers with soft close is beyond excellent and the newly built items are of superb craftsmanship. All members of the crew were friendly, trustworthy, wonderful to work with and cleaned up everyday so we could utilize the kitchen sink and live dust free. Nelson, the owner, stays on top of everything so the project is right on schedule. We liked him immediately. Love the beauty and quality of our new kitchen and highly recommend this business. Summary - I contracted with Lake Worth Custom Cabinetry (LWCC) to do kitchen and bathroom cabinetry…read morefor a renovation of a small cottage in Lake Worth Beach. Everything started out wonderfully, but then the relationship went steeply downhill. LWCC signed a detailed contract, but later demanded additional payment for items included in that contract. They demanded early payment, and then walked off the job without completion. Additionally, there were issues with the quality of their work. The contract I signed with LWCC in February 2021 specified four payments: 50% before work began, 25% when cabinet boxes were completed, and the remaining 25% when all work was completed. In July 2021, they walked off the job without completing the work and demanded the bulk of the final payment before finishing. As I needed the work done in order to receive a certificate of occupancy, I complied. In February of 2022, I reached out requesting they complete the work. They declined and said they had lost a significant amount of money on the job. As they determined the contract price, required I pay more for items already included in the contract, and did not complete the work, I do not see how this could be true. Work never completed, though specified in eight pages of drawings which were included in the contract: 1. A pull out under the kitchen sink for the trash cans - This work was never done. LWCC said trash cans would not fit due to plumbing. But I may have the plumbing changed. So that is irrelevant to the fact that the work was not completed, despite repeated requests. 2. Installation of a "Magic Corner" cabinet accessory - The Magic Corner was included in the contract, but LWCC said I would have to pay for it. I did. However, they did not install it correctly and did not put a door on that cabinet. I am therefore left with a nonfunctional accessory and a gaping hole in my cabinetry. 3. A 33-inch kitchen sink - even though the drawings specified a 33-inch sink, I had to pay a change fee to have it installed. Quality issues include, I have pictures for anyone who is interested: 1. One cabinet had eight highly visible screws within 2 square inches. 2. One cabinet had four highly visible screws holes within 1 square inches. 3. Scuff marks and scratches on one cabinet door. 4. Shelving in pantry was not professionally installed. LWCC built an insert that sits in the cabinet. While it works, it is an obvious after the fact addition.
