To top it off, they are always on time to come to do the job and answer your calls. I was really surprised about that because living in Miami Beach for almost 18 years, all I've dealt with was unprofessionals and flaky people. They have done multiple jobs in my condo and I am always happy with the results!! Look no further and give them a call, they will answer you or at least call you back in the same day if they missed your call. I am a truly HAPPY customer 100%!!!!!

My husband and I hired Brian, Igor and Tim to do several medium-sized jobs around our house. They…read moretold us it would take one to two days and we were surprised considering the number and complexity of the jobs. Sure enough they came in the morning and worked tirelessly all day and completed all four jobs, including smoothing a cement wall, changing an area of drywall, changing baseboards, painting, changed the fascia and reinstalling an outlet related to patching a hole in an exterior wall. We are completely blown away with the attention to detail and the quality of work. PLUS they cleaned up the whole mess and left the leftover supplies. We are so happy. We immediately asked them if they were available to do more smaller jobs around the house and they were nice enough to do a couple of them that same day for a very fair price. Plus they were just nice and easy to communicate with. I would hire them again in a heartbeat without reservation. They are worth every penny. I am so happy and I will definitely be contacting them again in the future for any other jobs we have around the house.

Restore Remodel Renew recently renovated our bathroom and a portion of our living room after an…read moreextensive leak. We had another contractor who initially looked at the project but follow up and communication was horrible so decided not to move forward. This is when I was referred to Jason who in turn handed me off to Torrie in his office. I explained to Torrie that I needed this project managed from start to finish with minimal direction from me as I no longer lived there and was extremely busy at work. Torrie and Jason took over this project and took it off my plate completely. She communicated when necessary and got me involved only when crucial decisions were neccesary as I requested. He dealt with insurance and handled all of the paperwork and headaches that come with that. The whole team was professional, prompt, and did incredible work. I highly recommend Torrie, Jason, and the rest of the Restore Remodel Renew team for any of your contracting needs. A top notch team in a space of many to avoid. Thank you all for your hard work!

After doing much research into the various pool companies out there, we decided upon JMC Pool to do…read morethe job of completely resurfacing our pool and the surrounding patio area. We knew the job was going to be expensive but we also knew 'going cheap' on a job so big would not be wise. JMC came in at a very competitive price but what made them shine right from the start was their attentiveness to our questions and concerns. Gabriel was quick to respond at any hour. We had JMC completely resurface the pool, install and fit all new plumping. Install a saltwater system and travertine tile our complete deck. The work was completed in a timely fashion. The workers showed up early and left late. Gabriel came by several times to inspect the work and make a few adjustments after the fact until all parties were 100% satisfied that the pool was ready to go, even sending out a diver (twice) to fix an issue. My only negative point is the clean up after job completion could have been a little better. JMC pools are a family run business that appealed to me. They offer many pool post services too like sealing the deck, cleaning and maintaining the pool. They are doing my brother-in-law's pool next!

About 20 months ago and prior to moving in, I was tasked with updating the manager's 2BD 2BA…read moreappartment in an upscale beachfront condominium in the Town of Palm Beach (TOPB). Amongst a group of bidders Palm Beach Construction (PBC) was awarded the job to rennovate and update, where financially feasible, the 30 year old appartment that had minor prior work done. Simply put the PBC Team from budgeting, to design, to planning, to execution, to the overall timing, did an outstanding job on the project. The original scope of work was to do new porcelin floors throughout a majority, a modern redesign of an open kitchen, including removal of two walls, with an add-on large island/bar and lots of additional cabinet space, one bathroom complete redo, additional beautiful and code compliant electrical outlets and 3-way dimming lighting, code compliant plumbing line relocations, code compliant HVAC returns, exhaust system upgrades, smoke alarms, new walk-in closest fixtures, and painting. As we got into the project demolition, mold was found in multiple places of the appartment. Long story short, 80% of the drywall had to be replaced and ALL the sources of water intrusion, vapor collection, and mold were mitigated properly. Abel E. and Luis V. were great hands-on supervisors and field generals that not only kept their crews on task, in line, and tidy, but also other contractors that were coming in to do work in the unit. PBC also provided other great recommendations such as, Jaime Plana Architect and Rainbow Blinds & Interior for design work and finishing touches. These all met the highest requirements of the condominium associaition's construction rules, the TOPB building codes, and a beautiful, bright, and open floorplan with modern amenities and professional aesthetic finishes. PBC was not the lowest bidder, nor the highest, but they turned out to be the best return on investment. Their desgin to budget, high end execution, and problem solving abilities, will provide a long lasting, beautiful, and timeless finish that the family will enjoy for many years to come. If you are looking for a great and trustworthy General Contractor for your next remolding job, you should consider Palm Beach Construction as one of your go to options. Demand for good contractors is very high in South Florida. Therefore, plan ahead, beat the crowd, and select someone capable that cares, will get the job done right the first time, will save you money in the longrun, and if ever needed, will stand behind their work. I deal with many owner contractors that come in to clean up someone else's mess. Bigger is not always better and cheap quality is not long lived. Do your homework and choose wisely. Competitively priced, did what I thought was a good job and the owner was very professional. BUT that's where it ends. I called them back a year later to do a kitchen and 1.5 bath cabinet remodeling job in the same apartment. First the building management refused to work with them because they had caused damage at another job in the building that they got based on the floors that they did for me. So like many contractors they operated using a friend's name. The job was very poorly done, they never finished and I had to hire someone to finish their work. And the work was done poorly. Exposed nail holes in the cabinets, bad finish and insane delays that cost my client a tenant. Now a year later the FLOORING they did two years ago is warping due to bad installation, the kitchen faucets are all loose ( my handyman tightened them), the ceiling peeled where they banged it doing cabinet installation and we found more exposed nails . I'm getting everything fixed but they're not going to hear from me again and I can't in good conscience recommended them
