We visited their showroom, met the designer Pamela, who impressed us and made an appointment for them to see our bathroom layout and take measurements for a complete redo. They were punctual on December 4th and promised a proposal in a few days. Today is the 18th and not a word from them. I've left 2 voicemails and sent 2 texts to them but no responses have been received. I'm very surprised and disappointed. Pamela told us they are a new ( recently purchased) family business and I am sorry to have to write this poor review but they've wasted our time and we've lost over 2 weeks towards a project completion. Now we have to start over. Hard to understand how a new business can be like this. read more

We got very lucky to find Jenny as we had a tiny 19070's ugliest kitchen anywhere. we were unsure exactly what we wanted, but we wanted a totally modern kitchen . She immediately did a graphic design and we were won over With the design. She managed the project from the inception to the inspection. A True design genius! read more

We needed to renovate our kitchen and we saw a neighbor's kitchen that was just renovated by Ameritech. It was beautiful so we called Ameritech and spoke with Jenny. She was extremely helpful. We went to the Ameritech store and Jenny helped us tremendously in picking out new cabinets and quarts countertop. Her people came and worked tirelessly to take down our old cabinets and put in our new gorgeous cabinets and countertop. Our new kitchen is just so amazing. We love it! read more

We used Ameritec Design to do our bathrooms at our previous home in West Boynton, we were so impressed with the job they did that there was no question who would be remodeling our kitchen when we moved east. Jenny works closely with you and gently steers you to what will look the best together. The workman are extremely polite, efficient and neat, fully cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day, and most surprising in South Florida they actually show up when they say they will.
