From the time we walked into Grandview with only questions and curiosity, Susana and her team gave us VIP treatment. From the design phase all the way through completion, I never had a concern or worry about timing, materials, installation, subcontractors or any other detail associated with the project. Ours was not just a simple cabinet replacement job. We needed a complete overhaul! Susana walked us through the entire design process with skill and expertise. The job included having mirrors removed (a lot of them!) a wall removed, soffit removed, ceiling replaced, complete cabinet removal and installation, island installation, granite countertop installation floor tiles, new backsplash and more. The person they used to come out and install everything ( Frank) was another issue. He did a shitty job, Suzanne fixed as much as she could and worked with us but this guy left wires in the wall that apparently was the main gfi, that eventually had to be cut out. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.

They were a pleasure to work with. They have a showroom with many samples to choose from and helped me with my design choices. I was home at the beginning of the project but left for vacation during most of the project. I was very comfortable leaving them access to my home and it made it easier for me. They gave me a schedule at the start of the project and they made sure I was updated throughout the entire process. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding--the tile work is flawless, the fixtures were installed perfectly, and the overall design came together even better than I imagined. They also offered helpful suggestions along the way that really elevated the final look. All of the workers were nice, courteous, professional and very experienced. I was given the estimate for the job and a draw schedule. The project was completed within budget, and final payment was not expected until I was totally satisfied. If you're considering a bathroom remodel, I highly recommend this company. They deliver beautiful results and provide exceptional service from beginning to end. I attached before and after pictures.
