I purchased a set of Halcyon brand patio furniture back in the 90's and while the frames and wicker…read morewere in excellent condition, most of the end caps and slides were either broken or missing, no doubt in part due to the frequent moves courtesy of Uncle Sam. Halcyon went out of business long ago, but I was still trying to find parts that could fit. I contacted three businesses and two of them told me to contact Patio Products since that's the company they go to when they are seeking replacement parts for patio furniture. Patio Products had everything I needed. Those parts that didn't fit exactly were modified by cutting, scraping, or sanding and my furniture looks and functions very well once again. Patio Products was very responsive to my emails and the items arrived very well packaged and in record time. For a fraction of the cost of a new set of patio furniture, I now have my very attractive and functional pieces in use once again. I'd recommend Patio Products without hesitation to anyone.

With that in mind, I consider my standards are high and I gave 5 stars for the above and beyond interaction I had with Ingrid @ MH. She was so pleasant, responsive and helpful. I am happy with the products I purchased thus far. Communication with Cheryl was good. If MH asked what could have improved my experience, I would have appreciated updates on my order since it had taken quite a bit of time to arrive (on manufacturer's end not MH) tho Cheryl was responsive when needed. Also, important to note, their product/shipping combined price was better than I could find elsewhere online. Always important to do your research;)
