With that in mind, I consider my standards are high and I gave 5 stars for the above and beyond interaction I had with Ingrid @ MH. She was so pleasant, responsive and helpful. I am happy with the products I purchased thus far. Communication with Cheryl was good. If MH asked what could have improved my experience, I would have appreciated updates on my order since it had taken quite a bit of time to arrive (on manufacturer's end not MH) tho Cheryl was responsive when needed. Also, important to note, their product/shipping combined price was better than I could find elsewhere online. Always important to do your research;)

Well, the same pull at Miller's was $325, I couldn't believe when she told me the price. Shoutout to knowledgeable Julian in the store who showed me various replacement doors and quartz samples, Diane, who helped with design questions, Nelson, the company's owner, who brought samples to our home and accompanied me to look at quartz slabs and made fantastic suggestions (i.e., cabinet conversions to pullout drawers), Fernando, who reconfigured my plumbing to accommodate my new sink, Caesar and his crew, who removed my Corian countertops and backsplashes and installed my new quartz, "Mr. Magic", Eddie, who singlehandedly removed my old doors, converted cabinets to drawers, and built an additional pantry; each providing quality workmanship while always being meticulous. Nelson was on top of everything and responded immediately to my texts and phone calls. Signed the contract 7/29, was told work would begin 8/25. The quartz and plumbing were done 8/25-26, deconstruction and construction of cabinetry was done the following week and the entire project was completed in an extra 1/2 day. The quality of the replacement cabinet doors and drawers with soft close is beyond excellent and the newly built items are of superb craftsmanship. All members of the crew were friendly, trustworthy, wonderful to work with and cleaned up everyday so we could utilize the kitchen sink and live dust free. Nelson, the owner, stays on top of everything so the project is right on schedule. We liked him immediately. Love the beauty and quality of our new kitchen and highly recommend this business. You will enjoy working with them.

I have been working with them for over 15 years and have never had an issue with tile orders, quality, or service. One of the reasons I continue to go back is the incredible selection. Their showroom has a wide variety of beautiful, quality tile, and I appreciate having that level of choice right here in Palm Beach without having to drive to Miami. For me, Padron has consistently been a reliable and convenient place to find great tile. I have also always had a positive experience with their staff. The Padron family has been friendly and welcoming over the years, even recognizing me and engaging with me after long periods between visits. Sue and Lisette have been there for over 19 years, which says a lot. You do not keep long-term staff like that unless people are being treated well. Thank you to Padron and your team for the fantastic showroom, beautiful variety of tiles, and great service. Karen Morris
