They are extremely careful when moving furniture and truly meticulous with every detail. Customer satisfaction is clearly a top priority with Juan and Jonathan Cleaning and restoring your tile floors is far more cost-effective than replacing them, yet it leaves your home feeling brand new. Today, someone from National Floors finally reached out to me, and instead of taking responsibility…read morefor resolving this situation, he tried to blame me for the permit issue. I am the customer, not the contractor. National Floors handled the flooring installation and pulled the permit. I contacted the town myself, and I was told that the permit should have been displayed in the window. I am not the contractor, and I should not be expected to manage the contractor's permit or inspection responsibilities. The job has still not been properly closed out, and the permit remains open. I have made multiple attempts to contact National Floors by phone, text, and email without getting this resolved. I also contacted the company handling my zero-interest financing to explain that the job has not been completed and that the permit remains open. It is extremely frustrating that I have had to make these calls and chase down answers myself while the contractor tries to put the blame on me. I paid for a professional flooring installation, and I expect National Floors to take responsibility for its work, coordinate the required inspection, and get this permit properly closed out. I am asking National Floors to stop blaming the customer and resolve this matter. I will update this review when the issue is actually corrected
