Avoid this company. We regret ever signing. We were pressured by a salesperson to sign on the spot, pay in cash in full, only to realize later that the written contract didn't match what was verbally promised. Pricing changed multiple times with no clear explanation. When installation day came, the crew was late, unprofessional, and did terrible work-unfinished, uneven, and sloppy. It gets worse: their truck spilled what looked like over a gallon of white paint in our community parking lot. They didn't notify anyone, didn't clean it, and just left it behind. Calls and emails to National Floors Direct have gone unanswered. This has been an exhausting, frustrating experience from start to (not even) finish. We're now stuck dealing with the damage and no one from the company seems willing to take responsibility.

This is how they left my home.  Wood splintered everywhere

Sales person not very knowledgeable, gave incorrect information and promises. Sent subcontractors not knowledgeable in wood floor removal and they gave up leaving my home in shambles. The customer service people were rude and blamed me as the customer. The customer service manager was emotionless to the issues and wants to charge $2000 more than agreed price to remove the flooring. Left me in an unsafe home environment for myself and pets with wood splinters everywhere. Avoid this company. I regret signing and they are taking advantage of me trying to get more money. Pricing changed multiple times with no clear explanation. Keep pointing to the contract parts that I don't have in my printed copy. Calls and emails go unanswered. Stuck now repaying another company to complete the job.

Mess left laying around

we sat with a second rep here in NY who said he was the local manager here and went through every specific question we had. we asked abt moving breakfront and heavy furniture numerous times to which he said "as long as it is empty don't worry we will move everything. The only things we ask that you move are things that you can move by yourself like chairs and small items." I'm so glad. I also have that along with most of that meeting. I took pictures throughout the process and the mess and sloppiness and irresponsibility that was left here overnight between the two days of work was inexcusable. The only saving grace was I did not have any babies or little children in the house. Tools were left out. Screws were left out. Dangerous things were left lying around unprotected. Before they left on the second day, they asked me to fill out a survey which obviously I filled out honestly and truthfully, but everything was super negative. The next day I noticed that one of the planks on the floor was cracked and lifting and a large area near breakfront had large deep gashes which they clearly made as it is in a direct line to the placement of the breakfront which they did. And it is not something that they couldn't have noticed because it was clearly dragged.

ORLANDO-CENTRAL FLORIDA AWEFUL installation!!! Took THREE MONTHS of no-show appointments, not returning phone calls etc. to fix the horrific installation (end of story, they said they can't fix --aka they don't want to rip out crap-installation and start a new). FLOOR BOARD GAPS: All gaps are randomly different and some gaps are large (a lot of space) Floorboards loose in areas. 3/4 round was not installed properly (wavy along wall, nails sticking out etc, not finished). T-mold does not cover the floor boards (jagged floorboard edges with big gap) not level. Crew broke a framed picture and didn't tell me, I saw it and asked if they broke it, and they admitted it at that time. -EXTREMELY unsatisified. Windermere, FL USA

They grossly over estimate the material to use. Deception is their tool. Really poor customer service. Avoid at all cost!!

A friend referred me to Adam and Justin with Painting Boca Delray to build out my office space…read more They turned one large room into several offices, creating a COVID-safe environment for me and my staff to return to the office full time and a much needed private space for my own work. They built a wall with insulation to help protect my clients' privacy, patient privacy and installed a window so I can still feel united with my team even when on conference calls. He was able to match the color of the rest of the office despite the fact that I had no idea the original brand or name that existed. The paint looks fresh and smooth, and he touched up other places in our space as a courtesy. The job was estimated to take up to 5 business days but Adam and Justin quickly and efficiently completed the tasks in 3 1/2 days. They left the place clean and sanitized everything for us which was pretty great as my team returned. Adam volunteered to help build the new desks/chairs so our staff could come into their brand new space Monday morning and get right to work! I had a great experience with this company and I would recommend hiring them for your project, too.

They exceeded my expectations on my painting project and even fixed an issue a prior contractor left behind. Pricing is fair and reasonable by comparison and what I paid was what Adam quoted me. I will definitely hire them again for future painting projects. Hire these guys, you'll be happy you did!
