Ara and Rach came by, took detailed measurements of everything, and then followed up with an itemized quote same day. They came by later in the week, arriving promptly at 9am and worked until past 6p to finish everything. We are thrilled with the quality of the work, and they came up with really creative solutions to fix things around our house. If I think about every handyman or contractor we've ever had do work for us, I think the White Gloves team is among the top - very competent/creative, great attention to detail, and reasonably priced. For example, Ara figured out a way to re-do a french drain on the side of our house fixing a leak no one had been able to solve. They also have a custom cabinetry business so can make you very specific shelves for a closet/cabinet. Then needed to add ceiling fan installation and asked for help with a blinds track and mount. The next guy that came out, had it done as soon as I turned my back on him I also asked this guy, Mr. handyman to replace a towel rack came off. It should've been done with special brackets, but he just spackled the wall and got spackle all over the place. He never bothered to remove and put in the towel rack. Once installed, it was very shaky. The handyman himself was kind of a slob and didn't seem to know what he was doing. It's priceless to find a reliable handyman and not have to contact these services, and when you call you should ask if it's a service if it is, I would stay away.
