I did find a saleswoman who walked around with me on my second trip around. She was very helpful and patient. I will definitely go back there just to see what they have from time to time. The after sale service is horrible. Soon after delivery, we complained about the leather on our large reclining sofa changing color and cracking. We thought all would be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, as well as the extended warranty we purchased. We were informed that our extended warranty covered tears or punctures. So, if I punctured the leather, it would have been replaced. But not the cracking and discoloration. Then the leather started cracking on our dining chairs. And today, something happened that made me write my first ever bad review - the black fabric under my dining seats are crumbling and badly messing up my white tile floor and grout. Although El Dorado sells beautiful furniture, the quality, and longevity stinks. STAY AWAY!

The mattress that broughg to be exchanged, was defective so it was taken back. I have been calling them for Service.( mind you I have an extended service plan ) on the adjustable base, which goes up and down on its own in the middle of the night, which they said is normal because it's the way of bed reset itself, they refuse to take it back. They refuse to exchange the mattress over all three service appointments. They keep telling me there was nothing wrong with it. After writing a review on the city mattress website under the adjustable base , they said they tried to help me a d made numerous exchanges , which was a lie. They also said somebody would be reaching out to make it right, so far they have not done so and they removed my review. an interesting sidenote, is my mattress, the prana Namaste, as well as the prana 5.0 slat adjustable base are both discontinued. I probably wasn't the only one with issues.

Well it's not even close to being like the couch in the show room, in fact sitting on the hard tile floor is more comfortable then this poor excuse of a couch! It arrived broken on one side of the sides that reclined. Then the fabric was uneven and piled up in one spot on both sides. We have had now 4 supposed service calls where the service guy who comes out is rude, and argues telling us there is nothing wrong with it and we have to work it in. You don't work in a new couch, and it sure as hell shouldn't come broken, and not put together correctly. He proceeds to say Lazy Boy never makes mistakes the fabric is fine and so is the padding. Then proceeded to tell me that it had to be broken in to feel soft,and that the material used was harder then leather. This is the worst customer service, and company I have ever dealt with! My next call will be to the better business bureau as the problem has yet to be fixed. We have just been told they will put in for another service request, which leads to another unpleasant visit from their very rude service person. He just argues with you and says there isn't anything wrong with the couch. He is there for maybe 5 minutes before leaving with nothing solved or fixed. NEVER EVER buy anything from LAZY BOY!!!
