This was such a stressful time moving our 95 year old mother out of the apartment she had for 32 years. And the stuff, the stuff ‍ Mychael and her company took the biggest Stress part of the move and made it so we did not have to worry about a thing. And when I say we didn't worry, the end result was as if Mom never lived there. If you are selling and do not know what to do with all the furniture, stuff , and junk.. give them a call. There is a charge but what they think they can sell and what they can sell the item for, comes off the top Great company and great experience read more

Last month, we enlisted the Chix to help clear out my 92-year old mom's apartment in Palm Beach as we prepared to move her into assisted living. It was a big job considering the enormous amount of stuff she had, most of which would not fit in her new surroundings. We can all relate to how stressful moving and clearing can be: the process, the choices, the cost, the waste and environmental impact. It is emotionally and financially draining. Mychael and her team entered the picture ("The Chix") with an invaluable measure of competence and compassion. First, the response time was fast. I suppose Mychael is accustomed to families that are in or nearing crisis when they realize they need help! Second, the process was laid out clearly and within a short while we understood how the articles we could not move would be handled, donated, credited etc. Third, the team stuck to their schedule, worked with our building manager on permitting and reserving the elevator, consulted with us when they came across documents or personal items of legal or sentimental value. They made the entire experience seamless. I cannot offer high enough praise for the Pick Up Chix concept, ethic and execution. When I showed my siblings the video of a clean swept apartment -- after we agonized for weeks over how we would deal with my mom's stuff -- it brought tears of joy and relief to our eyes. I wish the Pick Up Chix would franchise. Thank you Mychael and team. read more

Best decision we ever made! Mychael was the most optimistic, helpful person we have worked with. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would. So rare these days. There is no way we would have been able to clean out this house without them. Once again, thanks so much for your help. read more

We were so happy to have found her! if you have the opportunity to work with her...DO IT! read more

I was so impressed by the reviews of The Pick Up Chix when I looked for assistance after my father passed away and we needed to clean out his apartment while living out of state. I decided to hire them after talking with Stacy. She and her team did not disappoint in any way. She was very responsive to my communication and flexible with timing of scheduling meetings and pickup times. The arrangement was clearly spelled out in writing to avoid confusion or misunderstandings. I was super satisfied that they handle everything as a one stop shop, they took items for trash, made donations of wheelchairs and other useable items and gave us reasonable credit for certain items with more value. They left the place broom clean and were very trustworthy. I highly recommend to anyone looking for help when faced with similar difficult situation. Thank you Pick Up Chix! read more

The Pick Up Chix came to my rescue when mom had to move to an assisted living facility and we needed to clear her unwanted furniture out of her apartment. They did an initial assessment to see what was usable and what needed to be discarded then based their price accordingly. The Chix were professional and friendly getting to work right away, methodically removing each piece of furniture with care. There were many large wall units that the Chix were able to remove that my family members and I simply couldn't begin to tackle. Before I knew it the apartment was completely empty without any damage to the furniture, floor, or walls. Mychael you came through for us, getting your team together on such short notice and working so quickly to get the job done! Thank You! Thanks to your team too! read more

Even the garage was emptied. Also, they did it quickly, as I had crews coming in to do work. Everything was gone and the home was left in great condition. So happy we found these ladies after we bought a house in the Lake Worth area. Their items are readied to be repurposed. Fairly priced, classy, and sometimes a surprise exists. My wife bought a lovely humidor that resembles a large book. I was so surprised to see some cigars in the drawers. We have adorned our house with several items-----their selections will fit most who look for unique items. During the COVID-19 they are taking extra care to ensure social distancing and your safety. For us, this is the type of "Can-Do" attitude we want to see. It is so important we support our local neighbors/businesses. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

I was extremely stressed and in a bind because I needed to find someone in a hurry to help me clean out my parents' recently sold 5 bedroom house. They had lived in the house for over 30 years and had accumulated a LOT that had to be dealt with and cleared out! The Pick Up Chix handled it ALL! They found needy homes for some of the furniture, gave me credit for some useful items that could be sold in their store, found me someone to consign a really large piece of furniture, and took care of all other debris removal...EVERYTHING! They even did a final vacuum of the entire space before our scheduled walk thru for the new buyers. The minute that Pick Up Chix started the job, I felt my stress evaporate. This so called place of business placed an ad on Offer Up to which I inquired on a dining table on the day we were scheduled to meet this Jackass (for lack of a better term) blocked me from their page. Didn't have the common courtesy to at very least reach out (either by text or via thru the App) to cancel or advise of changes - just blocked me on the very same day we were scheduled to meet. Don't waste your time. read more

I needed a newly purchased condo cleared out on a very specific timeline/date since I live out of state and was coming down for a few days. We just used this remarkable business to help us clean out my parents home prior to closing after the sale of the house. We live out of town so coming to Florida to do this would have been expensive, time consuming and a lot of hard work not knowing the local resources. They were so professional, worked with so much heart and sensitivity when dealing with a lifetime of memories and furnishings. Being out of town, they kept in touch and kept to their schedule and the results were quite impressive. So very clean. They moved in and cleaned out our house with the same care they would do their own parents. Their prices were fair also. I couldn't be more impressed and would certainly use them again if needed. I very very highly recommend the Pickupchix when your needs demand this kind of attention. read more

We recently moved into a furnished condo in Delray Beach. We wanted to replace some of the existing furniture with our own. A neighbor told us about this company, and WOW, what a find! I've recommended this company to other folks already. read more
