I visited Treasure Coast Window Fashions and met Joanne. The gallery is a must for a complete selection of their products. Their estimate, based on my measurements and bamboo choice from their books, was more than $1000 less than my decorator. Joanne and a colleague were able to visit quickly and were thorough and helpful once they saw my project area. Their bamboo blind and drapery samples were varied and we were able to match my color scheme 100% with a sample that was exactly my expected look. The installer agreed to visit and install the first shipment - my triple slider - even though my order was split. The back ordered window roller shades arrived a week earlier than reported and the installer was able to come the next day. I have only praise for TCWF.

At the recommendation of a good friend who works in construction, I called Mastercare for a quote when I was pricing hurricane shutters last Fall. Pierre was my point person and he was so friendly, honest and truly a pleasure to work with. At no time did I feel he was pressuring me to overspend nor did he constantly try to upsell as so many of his competitors are eager to do. He was extremely honest with pricing and the turnaround time. The paperwork was a breeze and the company did a great job keeping in touch with me throughout the process. I knew I wasn't going to have my shutters installed until well after hurricane season given the high demand during the Covid era, but I had already endured 17 seasons without them so I focused on the positive factors. These include but aren't limited to: I would no longer have to see the plywood on my patio once the shutters were installed, no longer have to bring my outdoor furniture indoors due to the accordion shutter design I selected for the patio and ample time to save for the remainder of my balance. #winning Fortunately, Palm Beach County was spared of major storms last year and I made it through another hurricane season without shutters. Yay us! Fast forward to January of this year when I was blessed with an unanswered prayer and abruptly sold my condo. My closing was scheduled two weeks out at this point and I had yet to receive a date of installation. I called and spoke with Melissa, the office manager and explained my dilemma. She was so pleasant, completely understood my situation and worked diligently to meet my needs. She was able to get me scheduled a few days prior to closing, but it gets BETTER! She called me a few days after our initial conversation regarding this debacle and stated she could have the shutters installed the following day due to a cancellation. The installers showed up the next day as promised and began the work. They realized they left behind the hard permit (I had an electronic copy) which was necessary for the county inspector to sign off on the following day tpo close out the permit (a crucial task for my sale) ... mind you, their office is a county away. Not to fret, another kind and caring soul from Mastercare hand delivered the permit and all was well and my shutters were installed by end of day. The following day, the county inspector came as promised and the rest is history. Truly, a HAPPY ending and an amazing 5 star experience. I will absolutely without hesitation hire Mastercare Shutter in the future should I purchase a property in need of hurricane protection. I highly recommend this company. So engineer trumps sales and we agree to the gutter. One 10' gutter cost us 800.00 plus 300.00 for a change order. If that isn't bad enough, we were scheduled for install a few times and nobody showed up. We were told by the scheduler on our final attempt (as we were ready to walk) we would receive a discount yet, the final bill and lady in the office keeps insisting we owe the amount we were told would be discounted. All around failure, this business lacks integrity from start to finish. I do not recommend.
