THIS IS SO UNACCEPTABLE. My time is as vaulable as what Expert Shutters was going to charge me. i wasted an entire day waiting. It would have been nice for a heads up. Nope, i guess no once cares about customer service anymore. I'll take my business elsewhere.

On the day of installation a crew of 6 leaded by Adam arrived on time. It took them less than 4 hours and the job was done without any hickups. (We have a lot of windows and 4 over sized double sliding glass doors). When all was done Adam showed us how to arm and disarm the shutters. This morning town inspectors came and Just Shutter It passed with flying collors. I reccomend them unconditionally

My intro with them was through a nice lady called Goldy who answered the phone. She was polite and offered great customer service. She fit me in their schedule fairly quick. Stephen came out and did a great job with recommendations and providing some ideas on best shades for some of the windows. Took no more than 3-4 weeks before Goldy called and said my shades were in and they were looking for an appt to install.
