The team that came to clean the windows was professional, punctual, and friendly. I also appreciated how responsive the company was during the sales process and told me "We do not use Clorox. We use purified water system. All Eco friendly. It removes hardwater from rain, sprinklers". However, during the actual service, I noticed that some hard water stains were not removed. This was disappointing, especially since I wasn't made aware ahead of time that certain stains might remain. It's something that should definitely be communicated clearly during the sales conversation to help manage expectations. After I raised the issue, the owner Renato had the team apply a special solution aimed at treating the stains. While this helped improve the appearance very slightly, it still didn't fully resolve the issue. Overall, while the team was professional and the company was responsive. I was left underwhelmed by the results and the need for extra follow-up. My disappointment has nothing to do with the team that came out to clean my windows they are amazingly friendly and tried their best with the tools provided by the company. I hope the company owners consider revising how this is communicated to future clients to ensure an honest and satisfactory experience. read more

With a hurricane in bound and our gutters needing some serious cleaning, they agreed to give me an appointment on short notice, which was great. An hour into my 2 hour window, they called to say they weren't able to make it, but they offered me an appointment the next morning which I felt was fair. The guy arrived right on time for the second appointment. He was knowledgeable, professional, gave me a fair estimate and then proceeded to do an excellent job. He worked really fast, sent me before and after photos (as I was off site), and generally kept me well informed throughout the process. These guys come highly recommended on Angie's List and I would say their reputation is well deserved. Not sure why the reviews are so sour in Yelp. Got a phone call on 6/16/2020 about a window cleaning special. Windows and screens and tracks, inside and outside. $129. Made appointment for 6/18/2020. Person left an hour ago. Did NOT take screens out to clean. Did NOT clean tracks(said that was a separate job). Actually left tracks DIRTIER than when he got here. I took pictures and sent them to company. This company is completely disorganized!! I scheduled an appt for a consultation/cleaning if I agreed to the price. She made the appt from 1:00-3:00pm. Day before appt someone called to confirm 11:00-1:00pm & I said that's not a time I agreed to as I know I'm never home at that time. When I told him she said 1:00-3:00 he said we never schedule then but could do 2:00-4:00 which I said is fine. The next day the guy came at noon (2 hours early) when I wasn't home. He came back at 1:00, took a look at a high window I have in the living room which can be accessed by an opening in my screed enclosure with a ladder. He said he couldn't reach it. I told him another company (Fish Window Cleaning of Boca Raton) has done it 3 times so I don't understand why you say it's impossible. He refused the job because of this and left. OK, end of story and no big deal. I called Fish and scheduled it. A week later Sabrina's Atlantic Window called me to see if I want to reschedule. I told her her technician refused the job...OK now I seebig lack of communication in this company. Today, after another week has passed they called me AGAIN to see if I WANT TO RESCHEDULE. We have used Sabrina's Atlantic Window cleaning many times. Each time they have sent a different technician. The last time was in October of 2019 and the technician created scratches in my windows. See the picture. They sent 4 companies to my house for estimates on repairing the damage. They did thousand's of damage to my impact resistant windows and kept assuring us that they would be responsible. Turns out that's not the case. Run from Sabrina's Atlantic Window cleaning. Steve came out to give an estimate and said I needed to get the outside of my 2-story house pressure cleaned first because I had never had my 30-year-old windows cleaned, and they were full of crud and leaves they wouldn't be able to get off. I did get the house pressure cleaned, and they called me afterward about scheduling an appointment to get the windows cleaned. They sent several reminders before the date and arrived right on time. The technician broke the puller on my shade so the shade was hanging and inoperable. This company is amazing. I called for a quote and someone was at my door within days. The price was fantastic. My home has 18 sliding doors and 10 double hung windows. When I asked how long it would take to arrange an appointment he said that he could do the job now. The windows had not been properly done in years so some needed a little extra attention. Nothing was rushed and the job was done properly. One slider had some calcium build up which was difficult to clean without some extra chemicals. The extra charge was only $5. Well deserved and definitely not an "upcharge ". Nothing could have made my windows look any better short of replacing them all. Thank you Jake for doing a great job. SO...Sabrinas called me again. When I told the caller about my prior experience, she said the computer notes did say they had promised to do the job "for an extra special price". As a hopeless optimist with windows that could use cleaning, I decided to give them a chance to earn some Yelp stars. I scheduled for the next open day they had in my area and like the last time, the night before the appointment I cleared knickknacks off sills & moved furniture, trying make their job as easy as possible. Then about 8pm, the phone rings. Guess who's callling? It's Sabrinas. Seems the guy that was supposed to do my job for over a week suddenly has an emergency scheduled for the same time as my window cleaning. He can't make it, but someone will call me back to reschedule. I was annoyed but didnt yell at them, I was actually laughing out loud. Figured that was the last I'd hear from Sabrinas, but a few weeks later, I got another call from them. They said they were sorry for the last minute cancellation, but wanted to make it up by doing a 'really extra good job' & would throw in shower door cleaning as a bonus. Also, I'd get a special discount, too. So I scheduled for the 3rd time & crossed my fingers. I did not move any furniture, however. At the designated time, an older gentleman appeared. The service was originally offered at $119, but with my 'third times a charm discount', I was happily thinking of sparkling windows for a good price, but the man says he will have to walk around the house to get my quote. Quote? What happened to $119? He now says my super discounted price will be just $300, more than 2.5 times the amount I'd been told on the phone. Says I have french style windows, more windows than expected, etc. Mind you, no one ever asked how many or what type windows we had. And we have a one story house about 3,000 sf, not some large chateau. I asked about my discount & was told it was included in the quote. I politely declined. They sent someone to clean windows who was completely unprepared....untrained and without professional equipment. He had makeshift window cleaning tools...a small Swiffer with some towels and a small squeegee. He did not have the physical strength to reach the hard to reach areas, especially from a height of 20 stories. It was too dangerous a job for him. I paid him in full + a tip and I sent him on his way without finishing the job. He obviously did the best he could. I subsequently found out that this young man fell off a ladder and broke his leg. LISTEN GOOD TO THE BAD REVIEWS for Atlantic Window Cleaning! They are not just angry perfectionists reviewers, they are telling you facts and so I am doing the same here. As most people pointed here, they have a very bad costumer service. They advertised they have satisfaction guaranteed but when you call to tell them about the poor job that was done they get defensive and make you feel like you are at fault. Crazy huh? A few points to confirm what the bad reviews are about this company: 1) Their technicians are not trained or even told how to do the job. I think they are clueless. They missed one of my windows, didn't use any product or proper equipment to do a proper cleaning and never cleaned the window tracks. I took photos to support my complaint and the customer representative after trying to sell more services she agreed with the poor job. She made me feel bad most of the time until I showed her the photos. After hours of back and forth of arguments she finally said she would return my check. But that is simply exhausting. We don't need that nowadays. They should not be in business with that amount of bad reviews. 2) Customer service should not make you feel bad or at fault. Mainly because you paid for the job, contacted them first to get an estimate, waited for their technicians to come and finish the job ( about 6 hours to do nothing right). Our time is valued. They do not consider that. Raise the bar and do not go for the best prices like I did. Read bad reviews and make your decisions. It is about being insulted by those vendors when they shamelessly advertise they provide good service until you realize it is all deceitful. I called the next day and a lady said, I kid you not, "The appointment request must not have made it into the computer." I rescheduled. They never called, but supposedly the cleaner said he came. The windows are filthy. I called last night and complained and they said they had no note to call me, but would come today 1-3 to "redo." No call, no show. The fee was prepaid. I've had some really good window cleaning techs from Sabrina's Atlantic Window Cleaning, who have wiped down the window sills and sliding door tracks to just average ones who leave dirty water spills on the sills and floors and don't touch the tracks. Either way, it's better than my having to climb ladders to do the many windows in my home. They do wash your screens and clean the windows inside and outside. Pricing is good and the workers always show up, though recently one of the guys arrived 1 hour late (but he was very apologetic and professional). I've used them twice for my high rise condo unit. Both jobs were excellent, and these are difficult to wash. You have to hang out an 18th story window to get the outside. I have 19 windows so the quotes I get tend to be high. Sabrina's price is very fair and lower than most. The workers were friendly and thorough. Thanks to Paul for being especially helpful. My mom uses this company regularly around once a year, sometimes twice a year. We have the same amount of windows, I have an extra slider. I just had brand new hurricane impact windows installed on my home and the installers sweat marks and small amounts of grease are present and I wanted to get it cleaned professionally. Keep in mind these are brand new windows so they aren't even really dirty. I have two places where stickers did leave a bad residue. Final quote, $179. Well my mom gets charged $100-120 for extremely filthy windows. Chad tells me he has to get all the stick residue out (keep in mind I have two spots where stickers left a mark). I fully understood the price of my 23 windows for $120 but a 60$ upcharge? These windows are brand new !!!!! All there is is 2 SMALL sticker residue spots. I said well maybe he will lose my mom as a regular customer and he said whatever, you're making a big deal over $40. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. What an AWFUL experience. They do a mediocre job on my moms house. The unprofessionalism is ridiculous. I would NEVER recommend a company with poor professionalism, high prices, and mediocre work. I request Steve (don't know his last name) as he was the fellow who came the first time and did such a great job. He does a thorough cleaning and doesn't waste any time. Steve has made me aware there is lime buildup on some of the windows that simply won't come off; that's fine as I know he has done everything he can to remove the buildup. I have recommended this company to several of my neighbors, all of whom have been pleased with the service. (They did not have Steve but were just as happy.)
