I am amazed with the work the ladies did yesterday at my house. My husband and I are expecting a baby girl in the next couple of days and we wanted to have a good cleaning before her arrival. I booked the service last Friday and luckily they had an opening for Monday. They arrived on time right at 1:30 and started the 3hr cleaning. They spent good amount of time upstairs, cleaning bathrooms and our rooms. Everything was spotless and well organized specially the bathrooms that needed some love . They did a pretty great job in the kitchen and common areas. This is the first time I hire a professional cleaning service and I told my husband, once the baby is here we need them monthly. From the owner Juan down to the staff (Elida & Maria E) this is a quality cleaning service. Juan was the first to respond to my cleaning request through Yelp. He called when he said he would, we discussed what I needed, he followed up the day before the cleaning and even contacted me to get approval for any changes the ladies thought were needed while they were cleaning. Hired this company and spoke to the owner who was very helpful. He sent two women on 3/6/19 who arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. I contracted for a 3-1/2 hr "deep cleaning," of a 1300 SF condo that was empty except for a single couch in the living room (. The unit had been left broom clean by the last tenant, but I wanted it to sparkle, including appliances. The cleaning crew indicated that their English was poor, so I did not communicate with them. The owner understood what I requested be done. I was not present while they worked and did not return to the unit until the evening, a few days later. The unit appeared clean, but as it was late and dark outside I could not make a thorough inspection. When the owner called to inquire, I told him it seemed fine to me. However, I returned today during daytime, and find that it is not spotless. There is dirt on the front oven vents and on the front of the SS microwave (see pictures). An "okay" job, but not what I would consider a "deep" cleaning. Not sure I would engage them again. read more

Juan was very prompt and professional and the prices are very reasonable. Sadly, the women who came out to clean my small condo did a very poor job. They were there for 2 1/2 hrs. to clean my 700 sq ft condo that has minimal furniture. They did not so much as dust the desk, they did not clean sinks or faucets, did not wipe down any appliances or move anything from the kitchen counters to wipe underneath/behind and when I stopped in to check on things they had my sliding glass door open and it was 80+ degrees out and it was draining my a/c - there was nothing to clean outside so no idea why they had that door open. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I hired this company to clean before moving into a new home. I was charged $250, a price I was told would guarantee a deep cleaning of the home. I was asked a detailed set of questions, where I answered and described everything I would like to have cleaned. After the cleaning, the house smelled clean. Upon further inspection, I found out the truth. The ladies who cleaned assured me they cleaned the kitchen cabinets. I went into the cabinets with the plan of putting our kitchen items away, only to find that under the old liner (non adhesive and easily removed for cleaning) more amount of dirt and gunk than I have ever seen. Huge clumps of brown goo remaining on the shelves, hair and various old food particles from the previous owners remained in the drawers. It took me 2 hours and 2 rolls of paper towels to even get the cabinets remotely clean. I ended up having to hire a trusted family friend to do an additional clean on the house and they were DISGUSTED at the filth left behind. I hope this review prevents future clients from buying into the reviews and wasting their precious dollars on a service that provides nothing. read more

They are very clear upfront about the pricing, the cleaning staff is great, the clean is impeccable. Crew of two women came to clean my mothers house that had not been cleaned for a while. They were quick but thorough. They didn't speak English but they knew exactly what needed to be done so communication wasn't necessary except for hand gesturing things that I wanted to have them do. in four hours they were able to finish the job and we look forward to having them come now every three weeks to keep my moms house clean. Juan, the owner, was very responsive however I started with the service a few months back and had issues from the start. I thought it was because I have a larger home and the two gals cleaning my home needed to get used to my expectations so I called Juan after each service to explain what was missed. He was very responsive, however, the service did not get better it got worse. I needed up terminating the service this past week I unfortunately right before Christmas. The ladies parked their car on my front lawn and ran over my Christmas ornament when they arrived, didn't empty the trash in my bedroom, bathroom and didn't clean my powder room at all (floors, toilet, trash). They didn't wipe down my microwave which was dirty and I had asked repeatedly before be done. They didn't dust anything in my master bedroom and were here for 4 hrs. Orchid cleaning services was one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with! I hired them to clean our new house that was completely empty and to help take the stress off moving into a new home. I ended up being a lot more stressed after hiring Orchid cleaning. The house was unoccupied for a few years so it was very dusty. Jose confirmed with me the areas of the house that would be cleaned and the blinds and ceiling fans were included, however, his cleaning crew didn't even touch the blinds or ceiling fans! They had layers of dust on them! Jose's crew also didn't clean any of the kitchen cabinets inside or outside or the shower doors in both bathrooms. We specially asked the cleaning crew NOT to clean the refrigerator because we were throwing it away, but since Jose decided to send non-English speaking people to my house, they must have not understood us and wasted my time and theirs cleaning a refrigerator that was going in the garbage. Jose was extremely unprofessional and had the nerve to tell me that I had to pay additional money to have his crew come back to do the job right, but I didn't want those people back in my house! I wouldn't recommend using Orchid cleaning for any cleaning services - especially not a new home that you want cleaned right before you move in. What a horrible experience!! read more
