So far I have been satisfied with the quality of their work and their pleasant customer service. ** On my first visit I won a Duffy's promotional card for free wings just for being a drop-off first time customer!

Incompetent Business Owner: Brought my king size comforter…read morefor Wash & Fold Service and the blue/grey lines on it turned pink. After a month of waiting for the owner who is "out of town" every week to get back to me, I was compensated $50 which just barely covers the refund of a disastrous wash, let alone any compensation for an unusable pink-lined comforter. After reaching out to the owner multiple times asking for greater compensation for a ruined $200 comforter, he is now just ignoring me. Ignoring customers in which your business ruined their items and refuse to properly compensate is extremely unprofessional and not how you build a customer base. Just another (less than) part-time business owner looking to make some side money and doesn't care about actually creating a decently-run business.
