As a patron I've always been kind and polite and I'm always met with nasty. Looks short remarks and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. What's unfortunate is that the establishment is actually very clean and very well maintained & spotless as well as maintained at a very comfortable temperature. However, due to this poor treatment I have received I cannot in good conscience recommend this place unless somebody wants to be treated on a Sunday while getting their laundry done in the event that they need any assistance whatsoever, and that assistance can be something as simple as asking for a tissue or paper towel.

I learned that this is a family-owned and operated business and members of the Wellington Chamber of Commerce. I needed to get a tablecloth dry cleaned but wasn't sure where to go, so I put my Yelp research…read moreskills to work and found Flash Cleaners nearby. Their Yelp page links to their website, where I discovered a $5 off coupon for signing up for their rewards program. I couldn't resist, so I created an account with my phone number and email--this ended up being super helpful when I visited just 24 hours later, as my info was already in their system. They also offer a QR code to sign up in-store, though it takes about 24 hours for any discounts or coupons to update. I was greeted promptly, and the process was smooth and efficient. I requested my tablecloth be ready in four days, and they happily accommodated. The young man assisting me even showed me that my $5 discount would be applied at pickup. Four days later, I returned and was in and out with a perfectly cleaned and pressed tablecloth--and my discount had been applied! I will definitely be coming back for all my dry cleaning needs. The rewards program is a fantastic bonus--the more you visit, the more you save. Highly recommend!

It says "see attendant for receipt". I finally figure out that one of the women folding clothes was the attendant and asked her. She spoke zero English so her young daughter tried to translate. No luck on how to get a receipt however. Then I look for the WiFi sign with a password. NOTHING. So I ask the daughter of the attendant and she says "yes there's WiFi but she doesn't know the password". Strike two. Giving up and just wanting to sit to wait, I look around for a chair. Nowhere to sit and wait! So now I'm standing here uncomfortably watching my clothes spin as I can't get on WiFi to do my work on my laptop. The floors are filthy and I'm spending $40 for two loads of clothes. Absolutely will never be back.
