    I would like to say that I have NEVER had an issue using this Business Center. However that was before I had a claim for a damaged item that was packed and shipped by them. I was in on Monday 28th of Oct to mail a picture frame to my sister. I didn't want to take the chance to mess it up by packing it myself. It cost in excess of $30.00 (again thinking I made the best choice) to package the item. Unfortunately the picture frame was destroyed. I called on Thursday to inquire about what steps I needed to take to initiate the insurance claim. I left a message and received no call back on Friday. I called around 3:00pm and I spoke with one of the ladies that works there Maxine. She informed me that the owner Susan was out because she was moving. (Okay things come up I get that) I asked was anyone going to at least communicate with me that they received my message but the owner was out. No apparently the owner is the only person who takes care of ins claims and returns all calls. I asked what is my next step Thinking that Maxine would tell me to email pictures of the damage to Mailstopemail@gmail.com NOPE I was told only Susan can do anything for you and I have a customer in front of me that I stopped handling to answer the phone call back on Monday when the owner Susan was back. I was made to feel as though I no longer mattered because I was not giving them business this time but rather a claim. I explained to the owner that it is typically customary when you are out that YOUR employees at least know the process I could have emailed my photos and a brief synopsis of what happened but again I was hurried off the phone in a matter of fact way. Susan told me that she did not need a lecture from me and that no one can make me feel any type of way only I can make myself feel unimportant. IF anyone gets this far in my review at least know that if you have a claim they will treat you as though you no longer matter. It's a shame to take a loyal customer and make them feel as though you are a bother.

    Although they are very nice, they charge twice as much as the post office for shipping. The mark up is 100%.
