The…read moreemployee working in the Copy & Print Center clearly seemed like he didn't want to do his job--or maybe this was the most customers he's had to deal with all week, and it's only Wednesday. The printers were having issues, and instead of assisting the multiple customers who needed help, he walked around with an attitude, offered little assistance, and even helped people out of order. After speaking with a manager, I expected the situation to improve, but unfortunately the service only got worse. I waited over 30 minutes for assistance and still didn't receive the help I needed. To make matters worse, none of the employees appeared to be wearing name tags, making it impossible to identify who was assisting customers. Customer service should be a priority, especially when customers are already dealing with equipment problems. This experience at the Staples location on North Federal Highway in Lighthouse Point was extremely disappointing.

When I arrived at the store, she had the same amazing energy, was efficient, upbeat, funny, and genuinely wonderful to deal with. What really stood out happened while I was checking out. I was on the phone with my best friend, who is going through a very difficult divorce and was having an emotional moment. I mentioned to Willa what was happening, and somehow she had both of us laughing. She brought so much lightness and positivity to the situation, reminding my friend that sometimes big changes can lead to an even better chapter. It genuinely brightened both of our days. There was even a small lineup in the store, and Willa managed to keep everything moving quickly while still making everyone feel taken care of. Excellent service is one thing, but making a real human connection with someone is something else entirely. Willa did both. You have a star employee in her, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

Gave me options and even helped me with another issue I didn't even come into the store for. This FedEx Store is located right off of Federal in Pompano Beach, within Broward County. The parking is a bit tight, so I would recommend going early. But these two individuals helped me beyond what was expected and now I know FedEx can actually create custom boxes for you, they can help you in store or on your own online. Which is super cool to know with all the small businesses that are up and coming as well as my own. They don't just create the boxes but can ship it directly to your home as well. I haven't seen any ads for this but thankfully Candace and Dylan were kind enough to educate me on a new service they provide. I've been here since 2018 only late 1 time due to covid, I asked for a reversal of the late fee and…read morethey refused. Most companies give you a one time courticy but not these guys. I just let it go. However, the next two negative experiences have motivated me to take my business elsewhere. I'm an honest person who doesn't stand for being ripped off. I went to my storage with my key, the guy saw me struggling on the camera and came with WD to spray the lock but I accidentally bent the key. He tried to say it was the wrong key and tried to get me to have them cut the lock and buy a new one. I went home got my second key an exact replica of the one he said was t their key and opened it no problem. I Wasn't happy with the attempt to rip me off but I let that go. Now after updating my credit card info last month they say I was no longer on auto pay and charged me a late fee this month saying I canceled autopay which I did not. Total lie. I'm leaving this month and saving money so thank you and your corporate greed as it has motivated me to move to a more convenient spot and save $. Yay! It will more than make up for the rip off of which they will not get a second chance. At least not from me.
