Was in Miami from New York for work and had to get a few blazers dry cleaned in a short time period. I called before to see how quickly he could get them done and he told me by Thursday morning, which was two days and not the quickness that I'm used to but nonetheless I dropped them off. I come on Thursday morning, they're not done and he tells me he told me Friday. Obviously I know he didn't tell me Friday because I wouldn't have even dropped them off had it been a three day turnaround. He didn't even apologize for the mixup and/or offer any resolution. I also felt like it was a tad pricey, but I had lower expectations considering I was in Florida instead of New York lol. Blazers came out nice, though. Overall, wouldn't go back. read more

Was visiting from out of town and needed to get some laundry and dry cleaning done. Prices were very affordable and quality of cleaning was great. They were also able to get it done the same day (dropped it off at 10am and was ready by 4pm). There was one hiccup where they accidentally only gave me my laundry and not my dry cleaning, which I guess I should've noticed. But they were very apologetic about the slip up and we're very accommodating with helping me get my shirts. It just so happened that I was staying close by to where one of the employees lived, so he actually dropped off my dry cleaning at my house, which was really going above and beyond for customer service. May be priced a little higher than other drop off services I've used, but I imagine that comes with the area it's located in. When I called with a question they were very polite. We dropped off a medium load of laundry and it was about $30. Very fair in pricing, especially compared to what the hotel was trying to charge us. Unlike the reviews prior to mine, I had a very poor experience here. The service here is good and the people behind the counter are friendly, but that's all the positive feedback I can provide. Here are the things I would say to be aware of prior to going here.. 1. They don't even turn your clothes back if they are delivered to them inside-out. 2. I dropped my clothes off on a Saturday afternoon and was told they would be ready Sunday. Ok - no problem. Called ahead on Sunday to ask if they were ready and the person said yes. I get there and he's in the process of rushing to get everything folded of mine. 3. ALL THE CLOTHES ARE WRINKLED. Literally every piece. As if they sat for a while instead of being folded immediately. 4. They tell you to check to make sure everything is there before leaving as they are not liable after you leave. It's in a sealed bag! How do you check? 5. The socks aren't even matched up. They only group them together. All of this for $84 wash and fold. Maybe it's to be expected but the other places I have visited in the past do a much more professional job. Will not be visiting this place again. read more

One of the best laundry services I've been to. Anytime I go south beach I use them. They're reasonable, professional and look after your clothes properly, washing according to the label. We needed almost 2 suitcases of laundry done same day and they were incredibly accommodating. We had some delicate dry clean only pieces that I was nervous about leaving and they did a spectacular job, beyond my expectation. This place does an excellent job cleaning my bed comforter for a reasonable price. It's within walking distance on 12th Street right off of Washington Avenue. Every time I walk in they remember me on a first name basis even if I haven't been in a while. I have a white comforter that gets stained, dusty, or collects cat hair so it must be cleaned often. I can drop it off any time until they close at 8pm. They have it ready for me the next day fairly early. It comes back clean, soft, smelling nice, and looking brand new! The customer service is excellent and I highly recommend it to anyone living or staying on south beach if you need dry cleaning. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They shrunk my custom-made dress shirts at least a whole size! I specified cold wash only and asked for air dry, which they agreed to. The laundry was drying when I arrived, but when I tried on the shirts, they looked like they had been boiled for hours. As well, the t-shirts that had been air dried had been hung on a hanger instead of a rack while still heavy with water, stretching out the collars far beyond what is normal. Now the t-shirt collars are ruined AND the rest of them is too small. When I went in to inform the staff that they had ruined my shirts, the guy at the counter wouldn't hear me out at all, insisting that "cotton shrinks" but also refusing to admit that they had shrunk them. Instead of attempting to resolve it in any way, he told me, "if you have a problem, there's a police station right around the corner." Really? It's clear from the replies to the other reviews by people who've had clothes ruined by this place that the owner seems to take pleasure in being aggressively rude to the people whose belonging's he's destroyed. read more

Our wash and fold came back folded neatly and wrapped in paper, which I love because I hate the plastic smell from plastic bags from the cleaner. Guy who took my order was courteous and very nice. The best laundry service in South Beach. The main guy is super friendly and attends to his customers right away. I got a discount from for my first laundry load. He also helped me take out my bags from my car. The best part is when I came back to pick up my clean laundry is that he did not make me wait. Not only in person during my initial drop off, but I missed my pickup over a holiday weekend and Oscar sent my clean and folded clothes to my residence (Out of FL). This place is AMAZING. The service is unmatched and the price is extremely fair. I've only been a handful of times and haven't been for about 3 months but the manager still remembered my name and the special accommodations I needed last time. I took a lot of T-shirt's to be cleaned here and took five back which still had a toothpaste mark and foundation make up stains on them which I easily wash out at home. One white T-shirt now also had a blue ink style mark on it too which wasn't there before. I also took back a top which was dry cleaned and the stain hadn't come out either. The manager was very rude and abusive, told me he didn't know if the stains were there before (I had taken the clothes the day before and collected the following day). He refused to clean the clothes again to get the stains out and told me to leave. Very rude very abusive to me and my 82 year old father and luckily my one and only bad customer service experience in the whole of Miami. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. CLOTHES ARENT CLEANED PROPERLY AND THEY ARE RUDE AND UNWILLING TO WASH THE ITEMS AGAIN. Terrible terrible terrible. read more
