I dropped off this bag several weeks ago and she assured me she could mend some of the holes. When I picked it up, the thread was an entirely different color and looked awful. It would be an easy fix to use cream colored cotton. the worst part was the receptionist advised me to maybe cover up the shoddy workmanship with beads or trinkets. What??? You didn't do your job and now it's my problem to fix? That's like going to a restaurant and complaining the food is bad and the chef tells you to put your own sauce on it. To add insult to injury they charged me $71 dollars to fix it. I would have rather they just called me and said they couldn't accomplish what I asked and let me take it somewhere else. read more

Went to pick up clothes only to find out only half of my clothes were ready and the rest in Aventura. Had to drive 40 Minutes since it was my wedding attire. Cant make this up!!! I can't say enough good things about this dry-cleaning service. I first came in after spilling coffee on my favorite blazer, a piece I genuinely thought was ruined, and they saved it like it was nothing. Not only did the stain vanish, but the blazer looked even better than when I bought it. First: it took 2 weeks to do hem on the two joggers/pants, and it was still not done or even started 30 min before pick up time . Asauming it can be done fast why was given 2 weeks before picking up???? they must be crazy busy .... then the charge was $ 64.20 -I was told $16 on drop off. Could be a communication problem but I never received the estimate but only after the fact I was showed the punk slip with hand written estimate. I've taken garments here several times due more to convenience. Even gave them a chance after damaging a shirt that I really liked. I went recently and took several items that were from high-end designers. When I mentioned to you that the price that I ended up having to pay for these items, it will leave you in shock. Basically they ended up charging me $83 for two pairs of shorts and three shirts. I expressed to them that I've taken other items in the past, and it was never this much. I also asked, if they were up charging cause of the brand? The response I was given was that depending on the brand of the item there is an up charge given that it has to be laundered separately. Not to mention they were not even able to remove the stains from the items of clothing. This is absurd, I know people who work in the dry cleaning industry, and everything is laundered with the same machines. I do not recommend this place. It's highway robbery. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Solid local cleaners. Gave in my shirts and suit on a Tuesday and they were ready Thursday. Shirts (boxed, rather than on hanger) are $7.95 but this is south beach and the entire economy pivoted with inflation so this was only sort of surprising. Suit was around $17. Primo will be back. read more

As a new resident to South Beach I had no recommendations as to where to take my shirts for dry cleaning. Cool & Clean is a few blocks from home so I thought I'd give them a try. I was greeted by the most friendliest person (I believe her name is Mary) and she welcomed me to the neighborhood. I also wanted some alterations done, long sleeves cut to short and those came out spectacular. My clothes are always ready when promised and look like new every time I pick them up. Very fast turn around but I usually wait and go in every Friday. I would highly recommend you try this location if your needing a dry cleaner. Cool & Clean is right up the street for me and you can drop off your clothes to be dry cleaned or tailored. After you drop off they give you a receipt for when you can pick up your clothes. It takes usually three to four days. There's plenty of parking in the lots and most of the time you won't have a problem with that. The customer service is great and they've always gone out of their way to help me. Every time I've been here my suits and clothes have been cleaned very well. My suits brand new looking, smelling fresh, and pressed to perfection. The prices are moderate so nothing you'll drop a fortune on. This place continues to be my go to venue for dry cleaning so I highly recommend them. read more

Where to start. They can't get stains out of shirts, it's very simple stain. I got it out myself. The woman working there quotes you on lower prices when dropping off and then when you pick up your order is way more than it was. It's not just me, saw it happen to the same person in front of me. Girl told him a price and when picking up it was 3 times what she told him. You have no choice but to pay what it says to receive your items. Guy at the front does not have a nice demeanor. All very unwelcoming for customers. So all in all, they over charge you for items, then you have to pay what they tell you to get your clothes back..... I advise GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! read more

They used black thread on a blue dress, the lost the hardware on an adjustable strap that was needed for the dress to stay on my shoulder. It was $2 for the alteration. This just goes to show. Absolutely NOT! I trusted them with 2 designer (Thom Browne) "dry clean only" items, one of which I had only worn once. They damaged BOTH. Not only were the mother-of-pearl buttons scorched and cracked, the outside logos on both garments were scorched beyond recognition. The integrity of one garment (sweater) was completely compromised, not an inexpensive task to replace those buttons. Now, I must say I was completely appalled by the customer service I received regarding this matter. This establishment accepts no responsibility and the only compensation I was granted was a store credit for the cost of the cleaning. No apology, no offer to assist in recovering the damages. I even provided pictures of what a proper garment should look like, as for comparison. The owner sounds like a real winner too, refused to even contact me when I requested. I was informed I would have to e-mail him. In conclusion, if you value your garments, I urge you to go elsewhere. If you value quality customer service, go elsewhere. read more

I've been happy with everything here. They tag your clothes with a bar code in a hidden area, so they can just scan them when you come back. Makes check in slow the first time, but fast next time. They are also honest -- there was a problem with the credit card machine last time, so I paid with cash. Later that night I saw that my charge did go through, but they had already refunded it. It is nice that they just dealt with it and I am glad they didn't try to double charge me. read more

I went there recently to have my pants dry cleaned. I showed the two stains to the lady at the desk and asked if these could be washed. She said that it would not be any problem. So when I went to pick my pants I saw that the stains were still there. I pointed them to the same lady and she said that they would wash them again. When I went to pick the pants for a second time, the person working (black Spanish guy) brought me my pants but the stains had not been washed, again! So when I asked for a refund he told me "Sir we still charge even if the pants do not get cleaned". I could tell the guy is a clown, cause he kept giving me attitude and making excuses. I left and tried to contact the manager, but no matter how many times I called, i never got a response.
