Carlos is an excellent manager he is very reliable and honest it's a rare quality those days ..... I will stay a loyal customer Thank you Carlos read more

We once had a small incident, not with the quality of the work, which has always been outstanding, from day one, but because I felt it was important to speak up about a situation that needed to be addressed. We love Cool Clean for the exceptional care they take with our clothes, perfect to the T. We greatly appreciate the quality of their hangers, their delivery service, and their reliability in respecting schedules. As we travel extensively for work, this is a tremendous advantage and something we truly value. Amy and Lucy are an absolute delight to work with. The owner of the company is the kind of person you can trust to do what is right and make a difference when it matters. We need to support and help keep these local mom-and-pop businesses thriving. They truly make a difference, and that has become increasingly rare. Thank you to all of you for making our lives easier. Your efficiency, dedication, and respect for your clients are proof that outstanding customer service and work done with pride still exist. read more

Pretty bad job on the dry cleaning and alterations. I tried to get them to fix the issues a couple of times, but it never got better--only worse. The alterations were very sloppy, and now I have to take the garment somewhere else to have it fixed properly. They also dry-cleaned my brand-new blazer, and the tag was ripped off. There were still spots on it, and the buttons were falling off after it was cleaned. Too bad, because the place is close to my house and looks nice and clean, but the quality of the work is bad. read more

I dropped off this bag several weeks ago and she assured me she could mend some of the holes. When I picked it up, the thread was an entirely different color and looked awful. It would be an easy fix to use cream colored cotton. the worst part was the receptionist advised me to maybe cover up the shoddy workmanship with beads or trinkets. What??? You didn't do your job and now it's my problem to fix? That's like going to a restaurant and complaining the food is bad and the chef tells you to put your own sauce on it. To add insult to injury they charged me $71 dollars to fix it. I would have rather they just called me and said they couldn't accomplish what I asked and let me take it somewhere else. read more

Cool & Clean - Laundry Services Near Me - Miami Beach, Florida

Worst cleaners in south beach! Dropped my clothes and told the woman in customer service needed it in two days. She said ok. Went to pick up clothes only to find out only half of my clothes were ready and the rest in Aventura. Had to drive 40 Minutes since it was my wedding attire. Cant make this up!!! Also prices are not listed on receipt. Worst customer service everrrr.. read more

I can't say enough good things about this dry-cleaning service. I first came in after spilling coffee on my favorite blazer, a piece I genuinely thought was ruined, and they saved it like it was nothing. Not only did the stain vanish, but the blazer looked even better than when I bought it. Since then, I've brought in everything from delicate dresses to work shirts, and the results are consistently amazing. The staff and Sebastian know me by name now, always greet me with a smile, and even remember little details about my preferences. It's such a small thing, but it really makes my day. I rarely write reviews, but this place truly deserves one. It's become one of those local businesses I can't imagine living without. Highly, highly recommend! read more

Amazing dry cleaners! My clothes always come back fresh, perfectly pressed, and handled with care. The staff is friendly, remembers me every time, and the service feels personal. Fast turnaround, fair prices, and consistently great results. This is the only place I trust with my suits! read more

First: it took 2 weeks to do hem on the two joggers/pants, and it was still not done or even started 30 min before pick up time . Asauming it can be done fast why was given 2 weeks before picking up???? they must be crazy busy .... then the charge was $ 64.20 -I was told $16 on drop off. Could be a communication problem but I never received the estimate but only after the fact I was showed the punk slip with hand written estimate. Again , all on me- I should never trust people who whisper behind you in theyr own language and " ok ok ok " when you ask questions..... read more

I've taken garments here several times due more to convenience. Even gave them a chance after damaging a shirt that I really liked. I went recently and took several items that were from high-end designers. When I mentioned to you that the price that I ended up having to pay for these items, it will leave you in shock. Basically they ended up charging me $83 for two pairs of shorts and three shirts. I expressed to them that I've taken other items in the past, and it was never this much. I also asked, if they were up charging cause of the brand? The response I was given was that depending on the brand of the item there is an up charge given that it has to be laundered separately. Not to mention they were not even able to remove the stains from the items of clothing. This is absurd, I know people who work in the dry cleaning industry, and everything is laundered with the same machines. I do not recommend this place. It's highway robbery. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

The prices here are obscene. They charged me over $13 to launder one shirt. The woman behind the counter said it was because it was "delicate fabric." It was a simple, 100% cotton dress shirt. The prices make no sense. I will never go here again. read more

Will never return here. As another reviewer said, the man working the counter has a terrible attitude. I've only been here twice and both times have felt that way. I really try to be overly nice to people in customer service because I know their jobs are largely unpleasant. At Cool & Clean I have only been met with condescension and unprofessionalism. The seamstress is nice and does a good job. Hope she will work through a different dry cleaner in the future. read more

Think twice before you bring your clothes. Prices are outrageous even for Miami Beach.

Solid local cleaners. Gave in my shirts and suit on a Tuesday and they were ready Thursday. Shirts (boxed, rather than on hanger) are $7.95 but this is south beach and the entire economy pivoted with inflation so this was only sort of surprising. Suit was around $17. Primo will be back. read more

As a new resident to South Beach I had no recommendations as to where to take my shirts for dry cleaning. Cool & Clean is a few blocks from home so I thought I'd give them a try. I was greeted by the most friendliest person (I believe her name is Mary) and she welcomed me to the neighborhood. I also wanted some alterations done, long sleeves cut to short and those came out spectacular. My clothes are always ready when promised and look like new every time I pick them up. Very fast turn around but I usually wait and go in every Friday. I would highly recommend you try this location if your needing a dry cleaner. Parking can be tight at times but I usually find a spot close by. Thank you Cool & Clean for making me a valued customer and thank you for the bag to carry my clothing. read more

Cool & Clean is right up the street for me and you can drop off your clothes to be dry cleaned or tailored. After you drop off they give you a receipt for when you can pick up your clothes. It takes usually three to four days. There's plenty of parking in the lots and most of the time you won't have a problem with that. The customer service is great and they've always gone out of their way to help me. Every time I've been here my suits and clothes have been cleaned very well. My suits brand new looking, smelling fresh, and pressed to perfection. The prices are moderate so nothing you'll drop a fortune on. This place continues to be my go to venue for dry cleaning so I highly recommend them. read more

Little pricey but worth it - organized, clean shop with helpful staff. Will come back for alterations :)

Where to start. They can't get stains out of shirts, it's very simple stain. I got it out myself. The woman working there quotes you on lower prices when dropping off and then when you pick up your order is way more than it was. It's not just me, saw it happen to the same person in front of me. Girl told him a price and when picking up it was 3 times what she told him. You have no choice but to pay what it says to receive your items. Guy at the front does not have a nice demeanor. All very unwelcoming for customers. So all in all, they over charge you for items, then you have to pay what they tell you to get your clothes back..... I advise GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! read more

$7.50 to dry clean a dress shirt? Rip-off! Maybe they survive on tourists? Why take clothes here when you can get it done for $2.50 off the beach! They push off their high rent $$ space onto customers obviously...I'll use this place if I'm desperate. Only if. read more

the worst customer service and staff. for the prices they charge they need to train their staff. as of recent months it's all declined. The Miami Beach location precisely. They have on the website they open at 7:30am yet they are not opened on time and or the staff is late. read more

I truly recommend this dry cleaner, they are very professional, they have a great alteration service, the customer service is very helpful with any question you have about any garment. read more

Would give 0 if I could. The alterations are the WORST!!!!! They ruined a $250 dress. They used black thread on a blue dress, the lost the hardware on an adjustable strap that was needed for the dress to stay on my shoulder. It was $2 for the alteration. This just goes to show. You GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. my dress will never be the same. So upset. read more

The guy who works there have the worst customer service ever!!! He never greets people, nor saying absolutely anything while taking clothes, nor saying goodbye. This is not a first time that I see him there and he always acts the same horrible way. Won't ever come back because of the customer service. read more

I brought a full length skirt here after another dry cleaner said they couldn't fix the stain. They fixed the stain here and made my skirt beautiful again. It's expensive but all of the places on the beach are. At least this place does a good job. read more

Too much packaging on the clothes! So many bags, clips, twists etc it takes forever to get dressed, then there's a pile of garbage. Just put the clothes in a bag people!! And think about the environment please. The retail staff is very nice though. read more

Was using their service till the day they destroyed my expensive blouse and jacket! No quality. They don't even read tags how company recommended to clean. Last time using their services! Never again! read more

Absolutely NOT! I trusted them with 2 designer (Thom Browne) "dry clean only" items, one of which I had only worn once. They damaged BOTH. Not only were the mother-of-pearl buttons scorched and cracked, the outside logos on both garments were scorched beyond recognition. The integrity of one garment (sweater) was completely compromised, not an inexpensive task to replace those buttons. Now, I must say I was completely appalled by the customer service I received regarding this matter. This establishment accepts no responsibility and the only compensation I was granted was a store credit for the cost of the cleaning. No apology, no offer to assist in recovering the damages. I even provided pictures of what a proper garment should look like, as for comparison. The owner sounds like a real winner too, refused to even contact me when I requested. I was informed I would have to e-mail him. In conclusion, if you value your garments, I urge you to go elsewhere. If you value quality customer service, go elsewhere. read more

They seriously don't even deserve one star!! They are the worse dry cleaners I've ever been to! People! Don't make the same mistake as I did! They ruined my dress and then they dare to say that they do t hold responsible for it? Seriously??!!?? Plus they are the rudest people ever.. If you own a business in America, don't you think you should at least know the language? I can't even describe to you how upset I am!! Never again, and hopefully people would read this so they wouldn't make the same mistake I did! I hope your place crash! read more

I've been happy with everything here. They tag your clothes with a bar code in a hidden area, so they can just scan them when you come back. Makes check in slow the first time, but fast next time. They are also honest -- there was a problem with the credit card machine last time, so I paid with cash. Later that night I saw that my charge did go through, but they had already refunded it. It is nice that they just dealt with it and I am glad they didn't try to double charge me. read more

Damn! It sucks that I have to give this one star. It's not that. Dropped off a coat and picked it up in the same condition only difference is they gave me a hanger. Returned the next day to show them how they didn't do anything and they wouldn't give me a refund. Save your money. There are better rated cleaners in the area. read more

They have changed ownership and now have a nice, professional-looking space. I have never had an issue with them, now or in the past. I have been going here through 2 sets of owners, but 1 long time employee. I have been sending my shirts and slacks there since last year. They do a good job at a better price than most in the area.

best dry cleaners in south beach with alterations, the customer service is great, the ladies are very nice, is always clean, the prices are good for the area and i feel confident in recommending cool&clean read more

This is the worst drycleaners that i have ever been too. They ruined my duvet cover and my comforter. They washed it and left it wet in the plastic bags and it smelled of horrific mold. They have the worst customer service. The manager was rude and did not care. BEWARE! do not use them. spend more and go somewhere else. read more

This is probably the worse experience ever! I brought 2 shirts for laundry and 1 dry clean, as 2 of my shirts had strain on it so I have let the lady at the counter know which she make a note I believe. 2 days later I went to pick them up and found out my shirts has a few holes in it, and some part the color an even..... So I went back there and shown it to the lady at front she doesn't seem surprise or feel bad at all which might be just her personal or it has been happens with many other clients before so she get use to it. Anyway, so listen to this " she said she will send them to the owner and he will decide rather I will get store credit or get some money to recover what I pay for, the day later she called me and said.... My shirts react with chemical so not they fault and they not gonna give me anything but refund $13 what I paid for laundry buy until now I don't see any money return back to my account yet... What I want to say please be careful if you don't want to lose your favorite cloths then DON'T send your laundry there. read more
