Stopped in here to knock out some quick laundry. Was traveling here from far, far away. Tourist's quick note. Yes, this is the best option as far as laundromats go here in Miami Beach because of the cleanliness and the hi-tech methods of payment that they accept. You can do the traditional coin or you can install the PayRange App from the App Store, link your card to it, deposit some money into your quickly created account and stand in the general area of a washer or dryer, stuff your clothes in there and push money into the machine via your phone's proximity to the machine combined with you swiping to the blue arrow on the right. They have a laundry attendant/cashier on-site. You won't have to waste her time after reading this. Also, Parking is behind the building. 2 hours max. Hope this helps. If you're looking for a clean laundromat and you're from outta town, this is the best, cleanest one on Miami Beach. You can actually step out and trust your clothes will not be messed with. Stop by and take care of your dirty drawls! read more

With 8 locations in Miami (and 4 in NYC), My Sunny Laundry provides both self serve 'coin' operated washing machines and dryers, as well as full service drop off/pick up services. This location is located in the West Avenue neighborhood of South Beach in Miami Beach. It uses the Laundroworks card system, where you pay a buck for a laundry card and use it exclusively to pay for using the machine. For a 20lb load, price for washing was $7.50, and $0.29 every 4 minutes for drying. read more

Says 24hrs showed up at 7 am and NOONE is here! And 7am is posted! What a scam of my time

I used to come here every week because I live down the street and always have a great experience with all the staff. There is a lady called Sulla or Zulay who I had never seen before, but she has a horrible attitude. She's not friendly and does not know how to treat customers. There are too many laundromats to put up with bad service and degrading people read more

Clean, easy experience. There's a machine that you can buy a laundry card and load money with your credit card or cash.

Closed early. Arrived at 9.15 asking to wash. They said last wash at 9.30 to close at 11. Terrible service and super rude

The laundry mat is clean and a great place to wash and dry clothes the people are nice and the machines do a great job in a quick manner

Lilia was very helpful in getting me the new promotion in the store. Quick and easy, clean and neat. Good price highly recommend.

Ownership should review laundry, or change the hours that are posted. Showed up at 9:16pm and was told last wash is at 11pm. I had two loads of laundry, I'd be in and out by 10:00pm. What a waste of gas and time. These rules should be posted somewhere. Their website says this location closes at midnight. read more

Lady working there was great. She helped me figure out how to pay for the wash using the app. Place was clean and plenty of seats. I was there on a Monday afternoon. Many machines were available. Good experience overall read more

This is a nice clean facility with friendly staff. The washing machines are all stainless steel and very clean and the dryers are clean as well. Finally a nice clean facility with NO "out of order" signs. Although a smaller facility everything looked well taken cared of. Things they offer include dry cleaning, wash & fold, beverages, laundry detergent supplies and a working dollar bill coin changer. Free parking in the back just don't park directly behind or you may get blocked in. We parked along the back two rows and had no problems. Near by places to eat lunch or get a pedi/mani while your clothes are washing. read more

Thieves! They stole all my brand clothes and my girlfriends stuff. I left my stuff in dryer sitting for 20 minutes after it was done. I had to take care of stuff. I came back and there was a small bag on the side with my socks and a few white shirts. MY SHOES,brand shirts and Al lol my girlfriends dresses abs Victoria secret brand new where stolen. I approached the lady on the counter and she started screaming they are not responsible for anything stolen goods. I was like. The machine it's right in front of you and you could not put away to the side my stuff? She's kept going on causing a scene abs getting very loud. She finally calm down and gave me the good old trick of we will call you when it turns out. She's like. Trust it it will. Yup.... Never did and never ever anyone called me came back again to get the managers number to pull Cameras. Manager is no where to be found apparently is never there! Will avoid going to this place and bringing stuff that are valuable. Unless you are sitting in front of the machine the whole time. Avoid this place at all cost. There's a coin laundry way bigger next door! read more

The info on here is wrong. This place is not open 24/7. I went to do laundry at around 9:30 and they stopped allowing people in after 9pm.

I will never come to this place again. I was told my dry cleaning would be done on Wednesday. I said that works, I need it no later than Wednesday. They said that was fine. I show up on Wednesday and they tell me it will be tomorrow. What? I am going out of town at 6am. Now I am without my clothes that I purchased specifically for my trip. There was hardly any apology and no refund. I am so upset. FYI, they are also overpriced. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Woman at counter has a bad attitude. I'll go elsewhere. If she doesn't care about customer service she should find another job (if she's not the owner) read more

The owner is ripping people off every quarter you put in the machine he take away your minutes did he turn the hot water off so you cannot get hot water to wash your laundry with and half of the dryer does not work here this location on 184th St. in Perrine and is not 24 hours like it says and no one know who's the owner so you could make a proper complaint I guess I will call the Better Business Bureau read more

Washed some laundry here while my family was vacationing for a week at the grand beach hotel. It wasn't far and it seemed safe so I tried it out and it was perfect. The woman running it was very helpful too! The TV played a station that was Spanish and it kept cutting in and out the whole time so she needed to turn it off but otherwise ok. read more

Great machines. There's an option that includes soap/detergent as well. Friendly and laidback people management. The only "oof" thing is that the owner(?) seems concerned about security so he keeps the front door locked after a certain time. A few people came back at night to get their dried laundry but the front door was locked so they had to go through the back, but he eventually locked that too. Just come as early as you can basically - no procrasting laundry day here. :) read more

Very clean place and really attentive service, Fabiola is amazing she is always willing to help.

Very clean, efficient new machines. I was here for vacation and really needed to do laundry and found this place. Staff is helpful and machines do automatic detergent and fabric softener. It is $6 for a load including detergent, and about $1 for the dryer. read more

Best laundry on Miami Beach! Great machines, friendly service. My only go to! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Sorayda is a sweet heart and incredibly helpful read more

I'm often the type that doesn't enjoy doing these reviews but the cleaning service was great no complaints about the washing and folding job they did. But what made me mad is that we are visiting from a different state and needed laundry done the same day. I paid for it and everything. They came to pick up the laundry and never delivered it back to me. I had to drive out to where the laundry service to pick up my stuff. As I get there they were closing so if I hadn't have gone I wouldn't have gotten any notification letting me know my laundry will be delayed. Then the next morning after I had already picked up my laundry the previous night I get a text message saying someone is bringing me my laundry. read more

I'm sure if you're lucky enough to get all your clothing back, this place is just fine, but beware, if they lose half of the clothing that you sent in they really have no care or recourse. I sent in a small load of things to be washed, I'm now missing 5 pairs of pants and they have no idea what happened. They keep telling me the manager will call you and that was a week ago. For some reason every time I call the manager is never there and can't use a cell phone to contact me. Aside from losing your clothing, the stuff they manage to send back, they fold and bag it in a way that wrinkles it pretty badly! read more

I was brought here by folks At AmericanAirlines Arena to do my comforter & sheets frm my Tour Bus. I found the Staff to be very very helpful in every way possible. Washers and dryers were new and easy to operate. Just wish I could wipe my Credit card on the spot. But not a big deal. I didn't want to down load the app because I'm not sure when I would be back in Miami. That's the only reason. The place is a bit small and tight to move around in. But was very clean. Not a lot of seats to sit and relax. But over all this place is a very cool place to do your laundry. Thank you all for the friendly smiles and being here and having a great safe place to do laundry. read more

This is by far as good as it gets when you talk about great service! Fabiola and Mary treat you like family when you drop off your dry cleaning. They always have bright smiles on their faces and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with their service. We've been doing our dry cleaning here for years and even after moving off the beach, we take a drive there to do our dry cleaning. They place itself is meticulous and the new bright colors make it look even more clean. We highly recommend this place! read more

Horrible. Machine didnt finish spin cycle . Patricia the manager was rude. Blamed me for overloading the machine but it wasn't overloaded. then said it was because the towels were too heavy. So which is it ? Got upset with me because I got uderstandibly upset because she had to restart the whole wash so I was late for my appt. I asked her to not touch my clothes I would do it because I didn't want her handling my underwear. she got upset said pay for it yourself and threatened to call police! I said please call because you're ripping me off. She didnt. just bad management and people skills. Did not know how to resolve an unhappy customer. Also, the place is so small , no room to fold. oh well won't go back. Good luck staying in business like this read more

I thought that I found a dry cleaner in my neighborhood that I could rely on and communicate with effectively. In the past, when they stained an expensive pair of pants of mine, I convinced them to clean them again to remove their stain. When I got the pants back, I noticed some discoloration of the fabric. Unfortunately, I decided to give this shop another chance. After asking them to remove two stains from my shirt, I noticed that the cleaner overlooked one of the marks. I returned today to the store to have this problem remedied, and after figuring out who worked there, I was turned away. The person I spoke with could not communicate with me other than to tell me that she would not fix their mistake. Using Google translate, I explained the problem again. The employee simply shrugged and showed me her phone again, reading that she would not fix it. It seems like this place might be best as a coin laundry service, but if you are looking for professional cleaning, do not come here. read more
