Yes, this is the best option as far as laundromats go here in Miami Beach because of the cleanliness and the hi-tech methods of payment that they accept. You can do the traditional coin or you can install the PayRange App from the App Store, link your card to it, deposit some money into your quickly created account and stand in the general area of a washer or dryer, stuff your clothes in there and push money into the machine via your phone's proximity to the machine combined with you swiping to the blue arrow on the right. They have a laundry attendant/cashier on-site. You won't have to waste her time after reading this. Also, Parking is behind the building. 2 hours max. Hope this helps. If you're looking for a clean laundromat and you're from outta town, this is the best, cleanest one on Miami Beach. You can actually step out and trust your clothes will not be messed with. This is a nice clean facility with friendly staff. The washing machines are all stainless steel and very clean and the dryers are clean as well. Finally a nice clean facility with NO "out of order" signs. Although a smaller facility everything looked well taken cared of. Things they offer include dry cleaning, wash & fold, beverages, laundry detergent supplies and a working dollar bill coin changer. Free parking in the back just don't park directly behind or you may get blocked in. We parked along the back two rows and had no problems. Thieves! They stole all my brand clothes and my girlfriends stuff. I left my stuff in dryer sitting for 20 minutes after it was done. I had to take care of stuff. I came back and there was a small bag on the side with my socks and a few white shirts. MY SHOES,brand shirts and Al lol my girlfriends dresses abs Victoria secret brand new where stolen. I approached the lady on the counter and she started screaming they are not responsible for anything stolen goods. I was like. The machine it's right in front of you and you could not put away to the side my stuff? She's kept going on causing a scene abs getting very loud. She finally calm down and gave me the good old trick of we will call you when it turns out. She's like. Trust it it will. Yup.... Never did and never ever anyone called me came back again to get the managers number to pull Cameras. Manager is no where to be found apparently is never there! Washed some laundry here while my family was vacationing for a week at the grand beach hotel. It wasn't far and it seemed safe so I tried it out and it was perfect. The woman running it was very helpful too! The TV played a station that was Spanish and it kept cutting in and out the whole time so she needed to turn it off but otherwise ok. read more

Great machines. There's an option that includes soap/detergent as well. Friendly and laidback people management. The only "oof" thing is that the owner(?) seems concerned about security so he keeps the front door locked after a certain time. A few people came back at night to get their dried laundry but the front door was locked so they had to go through the back, but he eventually locked that too. I'm often the type that doesn't enjoy doing these reviews but the cleaning service was great no complaints about the washing and folding job they did. But what made me mad is that we are visiting from a different state and needed laundry done the same day. I paid for it and everything. They came to pick up the laundry and never delivered it back to me. I had to drive out to where the laundry service to pick up my stuff. As I get there they were closing so if I hadn't have gone I wouldn't have gotten any notification letting me know my laundry will be delayed. For some reason every time I call the manager is never there and can't use a cell phone to contact me. I was brought here by folks At AmericanAirlines Arena to do my comforter & sheets frm my Tour Bus. I found the Staff to be very very helpful in every way possible. Washers and dryers were new and easy to operate. Just wish I could wipe my Credit card on the spot. But not a big deal. I didn't want to down load the app because I'm not sure when I would be back in Miami. That's the only reason. The place is a bit small and tight to move around in. But was very clean. Not a lot of seats to sit and relax. But over all this place is a very cool place to do your laundry. This is by far as good as it gets when you talk about great service! Fabiola and Mary treat you like family when you drop off your dry cleaning. They always have bright smiles on their faces and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with their service. We've been doing our dry cleaning here for years and even after moving off the beach, we take a drive there to do our dry cleaning. Horrible. Machine didnt finish spin cycle . Patricia the manager was rude. Blamed me for overloading the machine but it wasn't overloaded. then said it was because the towels were too heavy. So which is it ? Got upset with me because I got uderstandibly upset because she had to restart the whole wash so I was late for my appt. I asked her to not touch my clothes I would do it because I didn't want her handling my underwear. she got upset said pay for it yourself and threatened to call police! I said please call because you're ripping me off. She didnt. just bad management and people skills. Did not know how to resolve an unhappy customer. I thought that I found a dry cleaner in my neighborhood that I could rely on and communicate with effectively. In the past, when they stained an expensive pair of pants of mine, I convinced them to clean them again to remove their stain. When I got the pants back, I noticed some discoloration of the fabric. Unfortunately, I decided to give this shop another chance. After asking them to remove two stains from my shirt, I noticed that the cleaner overlooked one of the marks. I returned today to the store to have this problem remedied, and after figuring out who worked there, I was turned away. The person I spoke with could not communicate with me other than to tell me that she would not fix their mistake. Using Google translate, I explained the problem again. The employee simply shrugged and showed me her phone again, reading that she would not fix it.
