There is no shortage of dry cleaners in Miami. It's challenging to find one that provides good quality service at good prices but ultimately good customer service. I have been a client of SDC for over a year now. I have a complicated schedule and Susie worked with me on both drop-off and pick-up (THEY DELIVER)! I dry clean and tailor my clothes here and will continue to do so. I suggest you give them an opportunity. read more

Susie is the best. My clothes come out perfect every time I take them to her for dry cleaning. Whether it's silk, suede, leather - she can do it all. Her prices are also very reasonable. read more

Nice people, fair prices compared to Brickell, and fairly fast turnaround; however leather cleaning ain't cheap, but I didn't shop around for that service, and I imagine it must be expensive everywhere south of the Mason Dixon line?! read more

The place is very hard to find, even with the app maps and doesn't have a place to park.

I have to thank my fellow Yelpers (is that what we're called?) for tuning me in to Susie's, a hidden (& I mean hidden) gem of a dry cleaners in the Sun Trust building Downtown (on the 4th floor adjacent to the parking garage.) I've been twice for dry cleaning and pressing. Both times quality work and reasonably priced. Plus the staff (I've met two people) are super friendly and professional. They do pick up and delivery in the Downtown area (maybe elsewhere) but they are walking distance for me so I haven't asked for that service. I no longer do a lot of dry cleaning, but I liked them so much I searched my closet for anything else I needed done! They will text you when your item/s are ready which is very convenient. I can recommend them without hesitation. read more

Susie did amazing job with my delicate designer silk dress, that had a really bad stain on it! I was so worried but she really managed to take it out, the dress is completely like new! Thank you so much, I strongly recommend and I will continue using your services :) read more

I have been using them for 10 years, when they only had one location. They just keep getting better! Incredible customer service and great quality work!! They have done miraculous stain removing on my whites and delicate care of my silk prints. When I am in a hurry, they have pressed my suits the same day. Reliable, organized and service with a smile! The best!! read more

Great service, nice prices, friendly staff, definitely recommend!! Location is very central to different areas of Miami

Small shop located in the SunTrust building downtown. Prices were reasonable ($1 cheaper to dry clean a tux compared to this place I called in Doral) and the location is convenient/walkable for me. It took ~1 week to get the garments back...but this was when Irma hit and everything closed. This doesn't seem like a speedy dry cleaner (ie. next day service) so I wouldn't bring my clothes here if you are in a rush. Closed on the weekends. Ideal customers seem to be people that work or live downtown. read more

I've been coming here for years ! Not only excellent customer service, pricing is decent and Susi always does a great job, I really value her honesty. Also they are pretty quick with getting items done if requested. She is a real professional. I highly recommend her and the alterations services are excellent. read more

Susie is so nice and quick - I am always happy with my dry cleaning. Good location and reliable service.

Susie as a person is amazing and the quality of service is just as great! Best dry cleaner we have had anywhere in NYC or Miami and great prices. read more

I'm a pretty reasonable person and I try not to get caught up in BS but I could not ignore my customer service experience here. I literally never post reviews but I feel inclined to warn the next poor soul looking for a reasonably priced tailor in Miami..... I was looking for a tailor to help with alterations and this place had decent reviews from yelp. I showed up to the address listed here and then the lady at the front desk told me the tailor wasn't at that location and ends up sending me to a different building across the street. I wandered around until I finally find their tailor... First, the place was a mess. Piles of clothes everywhere. The dressing room is like 2 square feet because it's just filled with crap. I am a small person and could barely move in there, so don't go in there if you're claustrophobic. I try on the clothes, and the seamstress doesn't even mark where they need to be altered because she was too busy talking to some friends sitting around in the shop. It was only a pair of pants to be taken in and a dress to be shortened-- pretty straight forward things that I thought wouldn't take too long. She told me they would be ready in a week and she would call me. Already annoyed I agree and just leave because I had to get to work. A week comes and goes. It's been nearly 3 weeks and I haven't heard back. I tried messaging the number listed here but the guy who got back to me says I had to call the tailor myself.... Like it's my job to make sure his employees do their job? Anyways. They are STILL holding my garments captive. Honestly, I just want my stuff back at this point. 0/10 for professionalism 0/10 customer service read more

I've been using Susie's for a few months now. They pickup and drop off, which is a godsend for me. They also are considerably cheaper than my old place and the clothes come back in perfect condition. Highly recommend! read more

5 stars because it was about work, service and price! After searching for dry cleaners around I found Susie's thanks to Yelp! I would say probably the best prices in the area! My clothes was ready in the time I was told upon drop off and when my clothes was ready I was sent a message! read more

Susie's Dry Cleaners - Sewing & Alterations Near Me - Miami, Florida

Your cleaners is one of the most important commodities to have! They have the power to make you look good and feel fresh. This place is great! Located in the fourth floor of the Suntrust building in downtown it is a hidden gem in the busy and hectic area but brings relief when you pick up your newly washed and steamed clothes. They take full ownership of the job and won't make any promises in stains they know won't come off. Honest and well intentioned, exactly what you know is hard to find in a shark tank business that can care less if they ruin a garment! I will highly recommend this place to all because the service provided here is exactly what customer service means and entails! Finally found a cleaners I can say I fully trust!! read more

Outstanding in dry cleaning (literally our whole closet's worth of clothes) and repairing (including extremely high end suits and gowns) that had moth damage. Also, just the nicest NICEST people w/wonderful service. HIGHLY recommend. read more

Best dry cleaner in Brickell! She did my entire haute wardrobe after they were smoke damaged. All came out beautifully. Plus the best service ! read more

Very professional, reliable and friendly. My laundry and cleaning look much better than with any other prior cleaners.

My only complaint is their hours aren't clearly marked. Otherwise, she has always been kind and fair and done a wonderful job on both alterations and dry cleaning. read more

Susie is very convenient, I work in the building so she is right on the fourth floor. Great service. Good job. Susie is extremely friendly. Would absolutely recommend her to anybody needing cleaning or tailoring. read more

The WORST dry cleaner I've ever been to! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY here!!! The reason I take shirts to dry cleaning is to get rid of stained collars and cuffs, and have them properly ironed. Whatever I got after this dry cleaner is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! Staines were not removed! How is it even possible for dry cleaning to iron clothes that bad?! I should've done it myself, would do it much better than this place! read more

This is the best dry cleaning place I've ever been to. Maybe the best place I've ever been to. Quick, affordable, high quality, and friendly. Another cleaner somehow melted plastic onto one of my shirts and they weren't able to fix it, but she did. She also packed up my washed clothes in a scented bag so they don't smell like plastic. And when I was late, she texted me to remind me! She even opened the place up for me because I was leaving town the next morning. This was a great find, and I wish I'd found it sooner. Thank you! read more

Susie was very nice! I was running late and she offered to wait for me to arrive before closing. There is free 10 minute parking in the building. Left a jumper and a gown that will be ready in for me in 2 days - super quick turnaround! read more
