New mom or not, this company is so extremely convenient and flexible--they pick up your laundry and drop it off within 24 hours, perfectly folded. Speaking of their flexibility--I set up a laundry pickup for this morning. However, they called me to see if there was any chance they could pick it up last night due to some road closures as a result of an event close by us. Unfortunately, I didn't see the phone call/message until 10:30 pm (I was at a dinner), but they STILL came and picked up my laundry at that late hour just to accommodate. I trusted they were done because it was an inside stitching that I wanted around existing torns from the jeans knee area that I wanted to prevent from getting worse. After a few weeks realized one of the jeans was fixed and the other wasn't even touched even though I paid for both Jean repairs. Also, the only one that did get fixed was also coming apart so I decided to bring them both again for the help. Not only did they denied that they had even worked on them (in a way just flat out calling me a liar) They insisted in charging me everything all over again. When I obviously refused but even met half way by asking for at least a discount, they totally denied helping me completely. The manager was simply the rudest asking me to leave without wanting to listen to what I had to say. He basically said, nothing will be done, you can go. Not once was I rude, or raised my voice. At all times I was cordial, just asking for some type of consideration and trust. I would never lie. It's a jean repair for gods sake! I Even asked them to check on their records from the past so they will see that the job was done on their location.. They obviously denied because they have no system and no way of checking anything from before. This will be my first bad review I ever post in my life. I believe that if you have nothing nice to say, it's better to not say anything at all... But honestly I was humiliated and called a liar... by some irresponsible and dishonest people and I won't take it. Mostly to prevent other people to go thru what I just had to experience. I do not recommend this place at all!!!! Worst dry cleaners ever! What a shame they have to be part of Coconut Grove. Not even trying to give me the slightest solution. I guess one star is the minimum.. I would even score them with even less than that.

But the employees DO NOT DISCLOSE it ahead of time. And there are NO SIGNS letting the consumer know of the different prices for paying via debit and cash and credit cards. It's not the 0.30 extra cents that I was charged today - it's the principle. Why HIDE this from the consumer. it's the nickel and diming which is annoying.... Management / Business Owner: You can and should do better.
