The best dry cleaners ever! I've been using Elite for over 15 years and they are just AMAZING!

I don't usually leave bad reviews but I was taken back by the lack of awareness of the staff in not noticing how BAD of a job they did on ironing a linen communion dress such a simple thing and in my opinion hard to mess up on .... My first time trying out a local dry cleaners and it was a disappointment..... not only a terrible job but EXPENSIVE! I would have preferred to iron the dress myself and it would have probably been better. read more

I wish I could give Elite more than 5 Stars We've been doing our dry cleaning with them for years! Our clothes always come back "Perfect" . Love their pick up and delivery service which we always use but I also love the fact that I can drop it off and have it delivered. Rosa is very professional and efficient. She really cares about her clients and goes above and beyond if you need a last minute emergency like I did today. It's a family business so you know you'll be treated as such. I recommend them for all your dry cleaning services and alterations (which is so hard to find these days). read more

WOW!! Elite press dry cleaners has demonstrated how every dry cleaner should strive to be. Friendly, organized, clean, efficient, holiday decor(bonus points), and caring. As usual I started searching for a dry cleaning place last minute(the story of my life) that I can trust that can deliver over night and to my luck I stumbled upon this little gem. Before arriving I called in and notified them on my circumstances and they were more than happy to help. What's crazy is that rush service was only $2 per garment which is a STEAL! None the less I immediately packed my things and headed over to their location and the moment I stepped in I felt so welcomed. The entire staff was wearing masks and gloves, and the overall environment was super organized. The movement I stepped in the entire staff welcomed me and the lovely lady I spoke to on the phone was ready to take care of me at a moments notice. After so so many dry cleaners doing bad work on my business clothing I decided to try this dry cleaner. Well I been with them for about 6 years now even tho it's about 9 miles away from home it's worth the drive. I'm a limo driver and one major representation of my company it's the appearance. I always get compliments from my clients and coworkers about the neatness of my clothing. Definitely they exceed my expectations. They friendly and always receive you with a smile. You'll see all employees from the counter and they always happy, having fun and laughing and they don't stop for a second from doing what they do best. I don't write reviews on my first good or bad experiences. I'll always try many time and give chances when errors are encountered then I give my reviews. So far so good at Elite Dry Cleaners. I've dropped off a few times now and they do a great job with handling stains on linen pieces. Every time I have picked up, I've received perfectly pressed and ultra clean clothes. They do have a lot of business so their return time is about 1 week -- otherwise they charge you a rush fee. The only thing that I didn't love was when I asked if the removed stains from cloth shoes and the employee harshly said "we don't do shoes" (I was only asking a question). I brought several dress shirts to this cleaners, including a pricey and well cared for linen shirt. All shirts were layed out inspected and counted in front of me. This place is expensive but I don't trust my fine linen shirts to a cheap cleaners. My mistake. Upon pick up this linen shirt had a hole in the back. They refused to acknowledge causing this hole and blamed me. They didn't offer to replace or pay for the shirt, or even credit me a reduced value in future services. Needless to say I will never ever take any garments to this cleaners again. read more

Don't get me wrong, I keep using the same service for regular laundry but need something quicker than a week turnaround for my shirts. Quick Press is located close to my office where I don't miss a beat in terms of convenience. I was greeted by a friendly attendant and promised 3 day turnaround. I have been coming to this business for the last two years; they have never disappointed me! In fact I always walk away wondering why not more businesses can apply such consistent customer focus and excellence! The staff is outstanding; super friendly and knowledgeable, they know most customers by name and make you feel like a valued customer every time they interact with you! As to the dry clean services; great quality and great eye for detail! From reviewing the dirty laundry for any missing buttons or anything that may need repair. If they missed something when you dropped off the laundry, they go out of their way to call you and confirm with you. The finished product comes back perfectly clean and nicely packed. I have been bringing my clothes here for years, at least 6. Extremely friendly service and I have never had an issue with my dry cleaning. Love what they use to dry clean, leaves my clothes smelling very nice. I have also used their seamstress Pilar who is AMAZING! She does all of my hemming, and I'm short so she does A LOT of hemming for me. Love the staff too! I highly recommend. read more

I dropped off about three clothing items with holes. It looks like a very clean establishment. The front desk clerk spoke english. The clothes came back exactly how I wanted them. My bill was about $30 for repairing them and getting them dry cleaned. My only complaint is that it took more than 5 days for me to get the alterations done. The holiday weekend my have played a role. This will probably become my dry clean of choice. read more

I was not happy with their work. Don't ever pay when you drop off. If you loose your receipt they will charge you again especially if you paid with cash. If you are a member of the military, police or fire beware they will not iron and press your uniform up to par, they don't know how to press over the patches either. Will never use their services again. read more

Dismal service, they lost my wife's favorite blouse and lied about it, making us think it wasn't ready on pick up date. When my wife called the next day, they said "there was a problem" but didn't tell us the blouse was lost. We had to personally go back and then they finally admitted it was lost. They followed their policy and reimbursed some money, but as a costumer, that's the least desired outcome you want, especially when you trust others with your most appreciated items. I'm in the military and would never trust my uniforms in this dry cleaners. El servicio es pésimo.
