Easy Cleaners has done a consistently good job with all my chef coats ($8) and pants ($5). They take extra care not to flatten round fabric buttons and meet any other requests I might have. They have also tightened loose buttons ($3) and hemmed a halter strap for a bathing suit for me ($7?) among other alterations. They are always nice and welcoming. They remember my name and treat me well every time. The best part is that your items can be dry cleaned an ready for pick up the very next day! Prompt service, very friendly, always well pressed and cleaned. Easy location since its located in the Publix shopping center. The best experience I've had with dry cleaning! The staff is incredibly friendly. I just moved here so I was grateful that they spoke English. I accidentally left a tube of lip balm in my pocket and it stained several of my work clothes :( They were able to get the stains out and have my clothes ready to go in less than 24 hours at a great price! Please don't take anything to this place for alterations. I needed the hem taken up on four pairs of pants (scrubs for work) two different styles. The seamstress had me try on one pair of each style in order to be marked. She said it was going to take a week. I thought it was a long time but I left them anyways. The day they were due for pick up I get a call asking if I had brought the pants in with the hems already marked because the seamstress did not understand why the lengths were different on both marked pairs of pant. Because they are two different styles. May be the seamstress was drinking that day. They finally understood and promised the pant for the next day. When I picked them up I was not even offered a discount for the inconvenience. $54 for four hems was way too much especially with the terrible service. I will never use them again. read more

The owner "saved me". I got a call on Friday that I had an interview Monday morning. FYI, same day cleaning does not apply on the weekends. I learned that the hard way. My husband called (I was in tears) a bunch of establishments and he was the only one who offered to have it ready first thing Monday morning if the suit was already clean. Luckily my suit was clean so all it needed was pressing. My interview was at 9 AM and at 7:20 AM, my suit was picked up by my husband. I am forever grateful and you'll have my business. Working at a bank means suits all year round! Found them via Yelp since they are in close proximity to my Hammocks neighborhood and could not be more pleased. I gave them 5 suits to clean and one black pencil skirt to clean and alter (the skirt slit had ripped a little). Needless to say, I received text notice when my items were ready. I inspected each garment to the "T" but did not find any reason to rate this place any less than 5 stars, it is what they deserve. All suits were impeccable and my skirt looked brand new as if it had never even ripped. Very happy with this place and will return without a doubt. read more

I took a delicate lace dress and this place did a great job. I had a problem with my dress however when I picked it up. It had a stain that had to be treated and the area had a HUGE stain on it that seemed stayed behind from the cleaning solution used. I took it right back and they fixed it immediately while I waited. THAT is what I consider great customer service. The lady that attended me was very apologetic and made sure to get it fixed quickly. And for that, I recommend them. However, I told the lady in the front that is pretty expensive, so she went to the back and spoke to someone to see about pricing and came back to say it will be $15 or MORE. Nothing less. She came back just to tell me it won't be 15 now it will probably be MORE. For that I buy a new pair of pants????. Oddly enough I've been living in Kendall close to 7 years now and I go to the publix next to this cleaners all the time. Yet, I was stuck in my old ways and going out of my way to a cleaners on Flagler St. One day it was pouring rain and I was flying out the next afternoon and I needed somewhere close to take my clothes and not waste 18 minutes trying to get to the other cleaners. After searching for a long trying to find a cleaner I could trust a suede shirt I got a flyer in the mail from Easy cleaners saying they do leather and suede. The shirt had some small ink stains which they told me it was going impossible to remove due to how delicate that fabric is, I did not care about the stains, I just wanted my shirt clean. When I picked it up , I could not believe my eyes, the ink stains almost gone, and the shirt looked so cleaned and smelled fresh.
