There are times that things don't go well but how the business owner handles the situation is very important. He really was very nice and really wanted to make things right so I will return and give them another try. I went to get a couple of pants to have the hem taken, I selected this place because of its high review, boy was I disappointed. I went in and was told it would take two weeks and if I was fine with that I could take a sit. I sat down said hello to who I presume is Huma and waited as she worked on a dress. This man walks in wanting his pants hemmed, she talks to him, he puts on the pants and she proceeds to mark the pants and tells them it will be done in a week. She then proceeded to continue to work on the dress and ignored me. I walked away.

But the employees DO NOT DISCLOSE it ahead of time. And there are NO SIGNS letting the consumer know of the different prices for paying via debit and cash and credit cards. It's not the 0.30 extra cents that I was charged today - it's the principle. Why HIDE this from the consumer. it's the nickel and diming which is annoying.... They're pricey but about the same as other dry cleaners in Miami. Today, January 15, 2019, I went by the midtown location listed on Yelp to walk in with my clothes for a drop-off. All in which, this place can easily do, for a literal fraction of the price. Upon my first arrival there, I was greeted with a smile, and was assured that everything would be taken of and I definitely was. The same exact service sudsies did, these wonderful people did. And in my opinion, I think even better. I'm very anxious when it comes to others handling my high-quality pieces in my closet. But with what I've seen, I'm impressed and I feel comfortable knowing everything will be perfect! I will be absolutely taking all of my dry cleaning needs here and I thankful trust them!

Over time, however, problems became hard to ignore. I repeatedly had to insist that stains be noted during intake--even obvious ones I pointed out--and, as another recent reviewer mentioned, basic stains were often not removed. The final straw came with my last order, which was missing three shirts when I picked it up. When I raised the issue, the manager (Cesar) shrugged and suggested I check an abandoned clothing rack myself. These were bespoke shirts from Geneva Shirts in Manhattan, costing $350 each. I simply can't afford to entrust expensive, custom clothing to a cleaner that handles items this casually. If you invest in expensive clothes be warned about this cleaner. I wonder how many positive reviews they will need to buy to bury this one.
