    Where can I begin to write my love letter to Less is More Organizing services. Sarah is amazing!…read more Recently, I connected with Sarah to host an event with Yelp which went great. I used her services to organize my kitchen pantry which was a hot mess and in under 30 minutes she was able to completely change the way we were organizing and using our kitchen. Fast forward a few weeks and my company gave us a WFH stipend to use on upgrading our offices. Living in a room that is also my office, I was realizing that pandemic and life clutter were drastically affecting my motivation, concentration and productivity. I decided to use that stipend on virtual sessions with Sarah. W O W. In two sessions (both 2 hours long) we completely redid my room (see photos I will attach with this review soon). I have always understood how to declutter - but I never have been good at systems to keep the clutter at bay. We must have done this in March, and it is June and my room is PERFECTLY decluttered to this day because Sarah not only helped me get rid of a lot of things, she gave me the systems to keep it clean and clutter free. Sarah is the best because she doesn't judge you for having clutter and truly is invested in the success of your space as it works for YOU. She will provide links to items that will help your space, and also act as a semi therapist when you're trying to get rid of things. She is easy to work with, supremely talented, and worth every penny. If you're feeling a bit overwhelmed by clutter in your space - embrace the Less is More philosophy and schedule some time with Sarah!

So... when I tell you that I WANTED this company to keep my Yelp discount/coupon after they finished the job, it is the best endorsement I could ever give. My 12 year old daughter has a place for everything in her room/bathroom now and is so excited to use all the organizing skills Savana (her pro organizer... more like organizing mentor) taught her! My daughter didn't originally want to do this (and I thought it was a splurge a well-worth splurge for me) but she told me after the session that she was SO happy with her room now and felt it helped that she was being taught/organized by someone young that she connected with (aka not her mom or some other old lady ). I could not be happier with their service, communication (by owner Sarah)and with the results! For those of you that have that messy room/garage/house/office that has been a mess for years because "you can do it yourself" or even if you just want help packing/unpacking in a way that makes sense (and saves tons of aggravation), I highly recommend you finally get the job done with Less is More. My mother shares her home with her 93-year-old partner, who also has dementia, and Granny Nannies understood the complexity of caring for both of them. Our primary caregiver, Marie A., was truly exceptional. With over 20 years of experience, she brought not only professionalism but deep compassion and warmth to her work every single day. Marie cared for all of their needs--providing physical and emotional support, managing doctor appointments, coordinating care, and keeping the household running smoothly. Her presence brought peace of mind to our whole family. She supported them through a wide range of challenges, including a broken hip, anxiety, depression, and the daily realities of dementia. Marie consistently went above and beyond in every way, and we are endlessly grateful for her dedication. We were also fortunate to have Anna G. assist Marie at times. Annabel is a very caring professional. She exudes happiness and helped to cheer me up which, I think, helped me to heal. Always helping me with my needs even in the middle of the night and with a smile on her face. I also had a wonderful experience with Thaura Abdalia for several months. Thaura, also very professional and helpful and she is a gentle soul. Always willing to do whatever I asked to be helpful to me. Easy to talk to and my little dog picked up her good vibes and like to hang out by her, she'd get excited to see her when she arrived. I only saw Elizabeth Cruz for three days but I liked her immediately. Also very professional, and couldn't do enough to make sure my every need was taken care of. I would recommend any of these ladies, they would not disappoint. Granniesnannies apparently hires only the best. The company itself needs a little revamping of organizational skills and better technology to track things. This is the reason I gave only 4 stars. The caretakers would get 5 stars.

    I hate to write a one-star review of any business, but AA Office & Concierge has earned it…read more My account with them was cancelled over a year ago. They know this as they themselves stopped performing under our contract. I have not consumed or utilized their services in over a year or received any calls or invoices from them. They never sent me a formal cancellation notice, but I spoke with someone over the phone, the company stopped providing me services, and no new invoices came in so that was good enough confirmation for me that our business relationship had ended. Over a year later, out of the blue, they started sending me invoices via email this month. I assumed it was a billing error. I get it; that happens sometimes with small businesses. I emailed their billing team to remind them I don't have an open account and to please stop sending me invoices. These guys must be approaching bankruptcy and desperate to bilk everyone on their contact list because their billing team used this accounting error as an opportunity to attempt--in the worst sales pitch ever--to strong-arm money from me. I got this doozy from their billing team: "We believe that simply not using services doesn't mean you're ending the agreement." What the absolute F*^K? Translation: At AA Concierge we believe we can get paid without doing any work on old accounts in our system that have been closed. These predatory practices are shameful. Don't waste your time or money.

    I had the pleasure of working with Beatriz Ramos, who took on the daunting task of helping me…read moredeclutter and organize every room in my mother's home while she was away, recovering from injuries incurred during a fall. Beatriz's upbeat energy, expertise, strong work ethic, and systematic process allowed us to tackle one room at a time, starting with clearing boxes and other items on the floor to reduce the risk of falling. As we sorted, Beatriz labeled containers to store similar items and collected items that could be donated or discarded. Once the floors were free from clutter, she then decluttered, sorted and organized all closets and cabinets, creating more efficient use of existing space. When I struggled at times to make decisions on items that brought up both happy and sad emotions, Beatriz's patience and understanding kept my spirits up and inspired me to keep going. We put in six-hour days, and Beatriz kindly stayed longer to clear the garage and get the job done. I could not have done this without her and highly recommend Beatriz and Me In Order services to anyone overwhelmed with clutter and chaos at home. Knowing that my mother's home is safer and more accessible gives me peace and hope that she can continue to stay in her home (aging in place), and live independently longer. After living away for nine months, my mother returned home last week. Beatriz was there to meet her and move items previously sorted into my mother's newly remodeled bathroom so she could stay in her home that evening. As my mother gets reacquainted with her home, she is thrilled and grateful for what was accomplished. My mother has enrolled in the Me In Order monthly maintenance program and looks forward to working with Beatriz to keep "Mom in Order!"
