Do not rent here, worst experience with storage of my life. I was charged so many different hidden fees, late fees and was constantly harassed by phone if I was a few days late. Upon leaving I spoke to the front desk and asked for a break on the fees. My unit was $198/month With late fees they charged me $358 on several occasions. Almost double my cost for a late payment? The front desk agreed to cut me a break and A day later I received an email stating I had a tony discount on the next two months. So but an F'U bc it has no purpose. **** In your contract line 2.2 it states your rent can change at any time with 30 days notice. Mine went from $198 to $298 and I was hit was $56 in charges for being a few days late. Customer service did nothing, had no interest in a rebate. Find another storage facility and don't waste your time, two front desk agents were incredibly unprofessional as well. read more

I suggest any time there doing a discount make sure u complete yourself online otherwise you'll get screwed as I did n then customer service mocks u n keeps playing games with u doesn't listen n then keeps sending texts. I got nothing but run around n made up excuses n lied to said they were taking money off . Only took 20 $0ff for.lock cause i have my own. I am responsible and ontime person with my payments. But Public Storage has the worst service. I enrolled online and went in person to show my ID, and Declined Insurance, and brought my own lock. I was only suppose to pay admin fee (first month) plus the $1 first month. WARNING: if you sign up any date after the 1st of the month, they prorate the amount based on days left in the month. THey work on 1st date of each month. But after using my own lock and declining insurance, they still charged me insurance for Month 1 and 2. In calling the property no one answers ever! I even called 5 times today no answer. I went to the property (mind you I don't have a car) and no one was there. So l turned to chat for help and said they don't refund, and disconnected me immediately. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Beware of all hidden fees. Be sure to sign up online and read carefully. And yes they will start to increase your rate after 3 months. read more

Public Storage is a scam! Don't be fooled by the pricing listed. They' start you at the monthly pricing you signed up for then a few months later they automatically increase the price by about 30 to 40 percent then a few months later they increase the price another 30 to 40 percent then again. Next thing you know you're paying 2x or more than the monthly price you signed up for. This price increase model is not just one location it's how they get you at all locations nationwide. read more

Today at 2:30 I gave the public storage a call, there was a woman that picked up the phone and I asked a question on why they did take my payment out and I paid since last week then I asked can I just come in and pay it she was very rude and hung up on me that's very unprofessional so hire someone that loves their job and not just there for a paycheck read more

Despite the fact that this business has a great location, the service could be so much better. People are paying big money for these tiny space boxes and sometimes there is only one dolly or none at all available for the use of so many people. The one yellow dolly has a broken wheel adn it's a big mission to drag in around. They office lady has extra dolly but apparently it's only by request. You guys could do so much better. My husband had to carry by hands half of our apt because there was no equipment available. Simply unbelievable, especially for Downtown Miami type of service. It doesn't worth the cost. DO NOT fall for their low prices. They conveniently provide lower prices than competitors, but once your furniture and items are in the storage, they increase prices constantly. (They know it is an inconvenience for their customers to switch at that point.) I started paying about $90/month and my last bill was $332/month! This was an awful experience, Victoria, the front desk girl was rude, lazy, and awful, no help at all and the whole experience was bad, unproffessional, and messy. In the summer of 2020 this building changed ownership to Public Storage. While the facility is very nice and clean, I've been really disappointed with the new woman that works in the office. I just got off the phone call where she told me I gave her the wrong unit number (I didn't), she asked why I was arguing with her (she wasn't), she didn't understand the point of this conversation (to understand the bill increase after 5 months), and then she hung up on me. I really can't remember the last time someone hung up on me. We all have bad days, but we can't take it out on the paying customers. I encourage people to check out other nearby facilities. The storage facility is great but you will regret working with them when you need to work with staff. You'll find better people at the same price in the area. read more

This location is terrible! Yesterday , was supposed to be my move-in day and I went to the location with my paid movers in order to store my items in storage. I got there at around 630pm and I entered my code for the sliding doors to open and it would not open. The code worked because it said welcome but the doors did not open. I called customer service and they reset the code and it still did not open! I tried for about 20 or so minutes and had no luck. I was stuck with all my belongings and no where to put them because the door would not open. The management office called me the next day and I explained to them what happened and they did NOT care and said maybe a customer jammed the door. This is BS the door was not jammed , there was no error code and it's sliding doors so it was not jammed...what seems more plausible to me is that they locked the gate before time prohibiting customers from accessing their belongings that they have a right too! They did not say they would look into the issue or investigate they just totally dismissed my traumatic experience. I asked to speak to a manager and they stated the district manager Rudy would give me a call, 5 minutes later she said she spoke to Rudy who said he won't be giving me a call and I should call another number. Rudy, as the district manager how can you be so rude and unprofessional to not apologize after your location cost a customer money in delivery, moving fees, storage fees to store my items somewhere else that night and TIME!!! The customer service reps are still even charging me for yesterday even though I could not access the unit! Potential customers if you put your items in this storage unit there is a high possibility that you won't be able to access it as they appear to lock the door or don't have properly functioning doors. Also the garage has a gate to enter and exit. The gate to enter is blocked off and does not work so everyone have to come and enter though one gate. Which is very dangerous and i'm almost sure that goes against Miami code! I will be writing a letter to cooperate to share my experience. read more

Scammers. They increase your price without notice. There is only 1 cart to bring your stuff to your unit in the whole place. No employees are ever on premises. Use another place. read more

They are selling the stuff of the ppl who cannot afford their storage due to losing their jobs during covid. This is the most disgusting poor excuse for a business I've ever seen. They will raise your rent DOUBLE and then the poor ppl that couldn't keep up with their rising prices during covid are now locked out of their storages and their stuff is being sold.
