The communications from RXO was very good via both text & emails. I was given a window time of delivery of 10:30 - 2:30p. The driver called at 10:40 to say he was on his way, about 30 minutes. I told him a clear path made and that we did not live in a gated community. He was appreciative of that info. They arrived promptly and within 35 minutes they had completed delivery & installation in a very friendly, courteous & professional manner. This company claims 'flexible capacity on demand' which is ironic seeing as their guy's left my house before the job was finished then told me they wouldn't be coming back as they had other jobs to attend and had no upcoming availability to come back and finish. Utter incompetents and liars. I ordered furniture and the store contracted RXO to make the delivery. The experience was nothing but hassles. I placed my order on December 27. it was supposed to be delivered first on January 5th, then 9th, then the 12th. Here were are January 13 and I haven't received anything. At the time I placed the order, I selected January 5th as my delivery date. A few days later the date was changed by RXO from January 5th to January 9th. I called them up to ask why. Oh the excuses they came up with. The store shouldn't have had that date open. RXO has a full schedule. RXO is busy because of the holiday backlog. Covid slows things down. Wow! What wonderous stories. The day before delivery we got a text with a 4 hour window. Like many people, I have a job and am unable to be free for hours upon hours to wait for deliveries. But I have flexibility at work and can get back home within 10 mins or so. As I was working I apparently missed a call from RXO. I literally called them back within 2 minutes but they left. No waiting. Gone. I was annoyed, but got it. These things happen. So we rescheduled for the 12th. This time I took the day off to be available for the delivery, which was also set for 11am to 3pm. As I'm waiting and waiting, 230pm rolls around. I decided to track the order. It said en route. At 3pm I still didn't hear from or see the delivery team so I gave RXO a call. It was then they told me the driver found damage on the packages and had to return them to the company. it seemed kind of bizarre that they'd randomly find something damaged before arriving to my stop and I wasn't buying it. But even if true, they obviously had notes in the system that this happened, when were they planning to tell me? I didn't receive any notice whatsoever as I waited for 4 hours for the delivery. Waste of time! The cherry on top of this extraordinary journey is that after I was told about the damage at the last second and after I called the store for a refund, I went to close the browser where I tracked the RXO delivery and i noticed the page updated and these lying liars marked the order as undelivered because "Customer not at home". They literally told me less than an hour ago that it was damaged but now they're marking it officially as customer not home, as if it was in some way my fault? I assume it was to alter and rig their performance data and to make it appear as if they're doing a great job and the customers are just goofing off, when in fact RXO is doing the worst possible job imaginable. Ufff. They are the worst. In the end, I received nothing but hassles and lies from RXO. I would never use them if it was up to me, but it unfortunately looks like many stores use them for last mile deliveries. Really a shame for all customers. read more

The delivery driver today was terrible. This was the second time scheduled for delivery. Yesterday they were supposed to deliver after 9 am (building rules and they were informed of this restriction) yet the driver yesterday called at 7 am and said they were delivering. Then when I told him about the restrictions for delivery times he said I would have to reschedule, I said ok. Then at 8 am he left a message saying they were at the building. I only got the message at 9am. The problem is I guess they don't speak English. Then for today's delivery they said they would give 30 minutes notice. So the guy called and I left work and they did not arrive for an hour and half. Then they did not want to listen to instruction on how to get to the building. There were 3 buildings in the complex. (Las Olas By The River). One guy wasted time carting the range all over the complex while the other guy was in the garage arguing with me on how they wanted to deliver it and we waited in the garage until the guy finally figured out there was one route only to deliver the range (the way I had been telling them from the initial arrival at the building 20 minutes earlier. Mind you I left work over an hour and a half ago when the guy said they were 30 minutes away,. Terrible and rude. read more

I've been waiting 3 weeks for my appliances to be installed. When the appliances arrived everything was not received and that is why the appliances who not be installed. Everything arrived 2 days later and I was told someone would contact me to schedule installation date. I have been waiting 3 weeks and have spoken to 4 different reps who tell me the same thing "keep your line open and someone from the local facility will call you". We had a scheduled delivery of a Peloton for Saturday April 15, they showed up at 6:30 in the morning at a residential complex when the delivery was scheduled from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. They called me at 7:45 a very rude and argumentative woman will not turn the truck around to complete my delivery. Long story short we cancelled the purchase of the peloton because the truck will not come back at the alloyed time that they gave me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This company is used by Costco for Samsung appliance delivery. They are the worst. The first time on June 23rd I was scheduled to get my dishwasher delivered they wouldn't take it off the truck wanted me to show proof I paid for installation and wanted to leave on my front porch. I show them proof on my phone but they want to argue about it. Perhaps it was a shake down for $$$$$. So they left and I got nothing. Six weeks later July 31st was and numerous calls to Costco they come to deliver they pull my old dishwasher out take the new one out of the box and leave me high and dry with no installation! Ok so tell me what I do now? Last time got a dishwasher delivered and installed from Best Buy at least it was quick and painless unlike my XPO fiasco. So XPO I got a licensed contractor to install the dishwasher it is damaged inside in two places is that why you gave me a dishwasher with no box and pulled the old one out to cause a diversion?
