I genuinely don't know how the employees can work all day in that environment--it just feels flat. From a customer's perspective, it even looks like the staff are less upbeat, which is understandable. I truly believe morale and productivity would improve if they were allowed to play some light background music again. The employees still do their jobs, but the overall vibe could be so much better with something as simple as music. Hopefully management considers bringing it back--it would make a big difference for both staff and customers.

From the moment I walked through the door, an employee, a larger man with an afro hairstyle was unnecessarily rude. While there was a line of customers waiting, he was speaking loudly about how people who choose to wait in long lines are inconsiderate and that he personally would leave if he saw a business that busy because he is a considerate person. It came across as a very indirect criticism of the customers who were standing there waiting for service. Several customers ahead of me visibly reacted by looking back and rolling their eyes. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve when it was my turn to be assisted. I had approximately 12 Amazon return packages with me. While processing my returns, the employee commented that there was a local clothing store nearby where I could try on clothes before purchasing them. He then laughed with a coworker. The implication was clear, that I should shop in person rather than order items online and return them. Whether intended as a joke or not, the comment was inappropriate, unnecessary, and insulting. As a paying customer, I do not expect to be mocked or judged for using a service that your business provides. Additionally, there was no greeting, no courtesy, and no thank you during the interaction. Just the sound of an employee phone playing music to drown out any clear conversation. I will say this is the usual employee conduct in this location as each and every time I go the service gets worse and worse. Management needs to intervene and correct this ASAP.

There are very limited spaces across from the store, so I recommend going during off-peak hours to avoid any hassle. Great place for many errands that we need to do. I found out at about 8:15 p.m. on a Tuesday that I needed to pack and ship a package. I was leaving on business very early the next morning and would be gone for several days, so I needed to get this shipped that evening. Even the post offices that stay open late close by 6 so that was out, FedEx/Kinkos was out because I don't have an extra testicle, which is what it would've cost to ship this heavy box using FedEx, so my only hope was to find a store that ships packages via UPS or USPS. I remember seeing this place along US1 in the plaza where TGI Fridays and Pier 1 Imports are located. I boxed everything up and headed out, hoping they were open (I couldn't remember the name of the place and couldn't find them in the few Google searches I did, so I couldn't call ahead). I arrived just after 9, the "OPEN" sign was still lit, and the door was unlocked. I walked in, thinking that maybe they were supposed to close at 9. I saw 2 people (the owners I think) in the back, and a chain gate was pulled 1/2 way across the hallway between the front of the business and the area where the sales counter is located. I asked if they were still open and pointed toward the "OPEN" sign that was still lit up. The man looked up and said "We close at 7 on weekdays". I asked if he could help me out, and I nicely explained again that I stopped because his open sign was still on. He smiled and said "You can come in". The woman who was working there was friendly and took care of me quickly, and because of their kindness I could relax knowing that these things were shipped before I left the next morning. That's customer service at its best! As far as the store, they sell boxes, tape and packaging products, they can ship via UPS, USPS and FedEx and they also sell stamps. I also believe you can drop items off to them and they will package them up for you and ship them. The next time I need shipping supplies or need to ship items, I'll be coming here for sure; They've earned my business.
