I've been coming to this UPS Store location for a while, and one thing that really stands out lately is the atmosphere inside. There is absolutely no music playing anymore. They used to play good music, and it honestly made the place feel more welcoming and upbeat. Now, the store feels very quiet and a bit uncomfortable. I genuinely don't know how the employees can work all day in that environment--it just feels flat. From a customer's perspective, it even looks like the staff are less upbeat, which is understandable. I truly believe morale and productivity would improve if they were allowed to play some light background music again. The employees still do their jobs, but the overall vibe could be so much better with something as simple as music. Hopefully management considers bringing it back--it would make a big difference for both staff and customers. read more

UPDATE: I will say that the store owner did reach out to me personally, which shows that he is involved and genuinely cares about customer feedback. I appreciate that effort. However, it doesn't change my previous experiences at this location or the issues I've encountered. Hopefully this feedback leads to improvements, and I look forward to seeing better service at this location moving forward. From the moment I walked through the door, an employee, a larger man with an afro hairstyle was unnecessarily rude. While there was a line of customers waiting, he was speaking loudly about how people who choose to wait in long lines are inconsiderate and that he personally would leave if he saw a business that busy because he is a considerate person. It came across as a very indirect criticism of the customers who were standing there waiting for service. Several customers ahead of me visibly reacted by looking back and rolling their eyes. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve when it was my turn to be assisted. I had approximately 12 Amazon return packages with me. While processing my returns, the employee commented that there was a local clothing store nearby where I could try on clothes before purchasing them. He then laughed with a coworker. The implication was clear, that I should shop in person rather than order items online and return them. Whether intended as a joke or not, the comment was inappropriate, unnecessary, and insulting. As a paying customer, I do not expect to be mocked or judged for using a service that your business provides. Additionally, there was no greeting, no courtesy, and no thank you during the interaction. Just the sound of an employee phone playing music to drown out any clear conversation. I will say this is the usual employee conduct in this location as each and every time I go the service gets worse and worse. Management needs to intervene and correct this ASAP. read more

Five Stars for Daniel at UPS. He went above and beyond to help me locate my package, and his customer service deserves recognition. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for UPS's automated system. It hung up on me several times, then placed me in a queue for over 120 minutes--only to disconnect after the wait. That experience was frustrating and unhelpful, so corporate customer service earns only one star . Thanks again to Daniel for being the bright spot in this experience--he turned a negative into a positive. read more

Okay, this location has very much been redeemed themselves. Michael was very adamant and persistent about making things right and I greatly appreciate that!! He definitely went above and beyond. He personally reached out to me and even offered to pick up my Amazon return from my home or work. That was very kind and not something any other store would probably do. My boyfriend ended up taking the packages back and Michael showed him that there is a discrepancy with the Amazon returns. Michael even notified corporate of this as well. Michael kindly sent me a photo of the updated consolidated packages and receipt. UPS and companies in general need more employees like Michael. Thank you again! read more

First UPS that I see that doesn't have a drop off when the package already has the shipping label. There was plenty of parking and the employees seem to be nice they were just overwhelmed with the amount of people. I recently visited this UPS store with my husband to make an Amazon return. When we walked in, we encountered a really long line. We were in and out in 10 minutes thanks to the efficiency of Emmely. She went above and beyond to take care of each customer efficiently and kindly. I would like to congratulate and thank her for her professionalism. I have been using this UPS store for years. Recently I had an issue with a claim that took months to resolve. Michael went above and beyond to assist me in getting a fair resolution to the matter. It was a frustrating process at times, but Michael remained committed to seeing it through and offering his support. Update: The customer service I've received from this ups store went from my original rating of 1 star (and because there was no option for 0) to now a 5. It has been exactly 28 days apart and not only the organization made a whole 360 turn but as well as their efficiency towards what their doing. I've had a lot of mail come in from all sorts of places these past 28 days since my last review about this ups, and I all I can say is Wow just Wow. Not one complain from my end. All my packages were perfectly delivered, I was notified and received my packages just like that. Nothing was lost or misplaced. Was always greeted and thanked, and even had some of my deliveries ready for me in the front to pick up as soon as I walked inside the store. Totally recommend this store now ! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. MONEY STEALERS, MONEY GRABBERS! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE STAFF. I went to the UPS store around 5-6 pm, to send a package. I paid the fees no fuss no muss and was returning to my car. I sat in my car and the company I was sending my package to, called me and told me NOT to send my package due to COVID-19 closures. I raced back to the store and asked them if I could have my package back-- they said no, the package was in 'a truck' and they didn't want to search through millions of boxes for mine. Mind you, only 5 minutes had passed. They told me I would get a FULL refund and my package if I passed by tomorrow(which is today). I came at the appropriate time to pick up and they only wanted to refund half of my money. I spoke to their boss, Michael, who is a problematic horrible person who changed his story and lied to me. DON'T GO TO THIS UPS STORE. THEY ARE MONEY GRABBERS AND LIARS AND HORRIBLE PEOPLE. read more

I went there to overnight a letter and the attendant was busy stuffing a book in an envelope..God forgives puts what's he is doing to the side and attends to customer just standing there. Not a greeting, not a hello nothing,too busy for that. Finally I was address only to be told he didn't know the answer to my question ...so you need to ask him and points to the other attendant. That's no way to handle a customer. I'm sorry but this store has to better train all employees to be knowledgeable in all matters regarding packagings and deliveries. read more

Love this place to satisfy my shipping needs! The staff is always friendly and pretty quick. I never have to wait in line too long and the prices are reasonable. They're also pretty knowledgeable about when you need to pay to return something or not (as in, companies that have free shipping) and never have given me a problem. read more
