We understood that the store opens at 12 Noon, but wanted to see the storefront since we were in a search for a camera flash. The store didn't have the sign as shown on the photos. The , and next to a GOJA E-COMMERCE office. Confused that we even had the right location, we saw an employee working at his desk by the window. My friend- who is a senior citizen, knocked on the door and rang the door bell, and he saw us, but refused to have any ounce of common decency and politeness to answer our question. He flat out ignored us. We decided to dine at the Pollo Tropical nearby and wait a little past noon to visit the store, since we were in need of the flash. I wanted to make sure and called their store front- no response. The automated messages didn't specify any closures, etc. We then drove back around 12:20 PM and it was STILL closed!!! I knocked on the window to signal that same employee, but STILL ignored us! WOW. I am really disgusted by your "customer service" and lack thereof. I don't know if you guys are remodeling or even still in business, but it sucks that you guys wasted my time by not specifying anything.

I dropped a Zeiss 24-70mm lens at Full Line Digital Supply on 4/29/2022 for estimate to repair…read moresince it was making a loud grinding noise when attached to the camera. A month later with no call from Full Line on the status of my repair, I called and spoke to Oliver who told me my lens was just picked up by the repair guy and he should have an estimate for me within a few days. Since I never heard from Full Line Digital Supply, I decided to drive there today 7/6/2022 to find out about my lens. A gentleman named Juan who was there told me Oliver "is no longer with us". He went on to say he shouldn't have said that because it implied Oliver was no longer alive. Since Juan could not locate the order in the computer, I proceeded to give him the invoice order number. From that moment on, he started rambling about the facts that he is trying to organize the company since many things were being done incorrectly. He then claimed he called me and left a message on my voicemail about my lens which was totally not true because he couldn't find any updates on my lens under my work invoice. He then texted the repair guy who told him there was nothing wrong with my lens. What got me more irritated was not the lack of communication by this company but the lack of professionalism displayed by Juan. He was dropping F bombs left and right while rambling on and on about them not reaching out about my lens and the company not doing things the right way. I had to tell Juan about the inappropriate use of his language and to know his clientele to which he responded he didn't find a problem with it and it was probably a "generation gap". At that moment, I asked him to give him my lens back since I no longer wanted to have any business to do with this company anymore. Juan came back with my lens unprotected, not even labeled and the lens cap missing. Keep in mind I dropped my lens in the box it was purchased with a protective cover. He also had my camera box (that I had to ask for) in a different drawer and I was surprised at this point it didn't go missing as my lens cap. I told Juan they needed to replace my lost lens cap. He asked me if I wanted to pick up everything together and I sarcastically responded no because I was afraid my lens would go missing as well by the time I come back to pick up the lens cap. I went home and connected the lens back to my camera and the grinding noise is still there...not surprised to say the least. I will never do business with this company again. I'm just grateful they didn't lose my $2000 camera when I had dropped it off to have the sensor cleaned. Video with grinding noise couldn't be uploaded. Too bad there's not an option for zero star.

where do I start.... This establishment has a lot of neat…read moreelements, and a lot of potential , cool finds, and lots knick knacks. Now where it all goes down hill is the attitude and customer service. The owner Ron has no idea how to run a business in this decade. The place is very dirty, and unorganized, which is alright. I also don't care about political views, it all boils down to customer service. most of the things he sells will not work as he says, and he will not give you your money back. This guy makes up prices at the top his head for used , unreliable cameras that he can't really vouch for. There is a risk in buying a used camera but he will rip you off , and be extremely rude to you if you come back with any kind of complaint or dissatisfaction in the product he sold you. He talks like he's doing you a favor when he's doing bare minimum customer service. He was SO rude to me as a customer after I spent $300 at his store, for non functioning products. He refused to give me money back and I had to settle for a camera I didn't really want. He is just there to take your money and rip you off. Most of the equipment he sells is unreliable and not taken care of. Everything is neglected. Please if you're just starting film DO NOT COME HERE , DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. Stay away , go to some of the new nicer spots that take care of their products and will work with you as a customer. Example palm film lab , cardinal film lab, or bellows. The one star is for his nasty attitude, and I'll never forget it. Stay away from here please.

This is a real camera store that deals with film! There's a bunch of vintage cameras and probably new ones for sale, but the real treasure here is Jim. He's a photographer that knows about photography and film. They developed a roll of film for me in a timely manner. Turns out Jim is a long-time resident of Delray Beach, it was nice to talk to him about the changes in town over the years... the kind of relationship you had with local shopkeepers in days of old.

So 90's! Totally loved the idea. You know what I didn't like? Finding a place to develop the pics! Man I looked high and low and could not find a single place in Boca that developed disposable cameras. There were a few that I saw that you could mail the camera away to, but I wanted something local. That's when I came across Delray Camera and Studio. The staff was pretty cool, they walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions. It was a little bit expensive and actually the photo quality stunk, but that wasn't their fault it was the crappy camera and my kid's unsteady hands. Overall though they got the job done and the price was reasonable, maybe a little bit high for what you're getting. Overall I would give these nice people four stars and definitely come back again if I was ever in need of photo development.
