WOW. I drove by here with my friend around 11:40 AM to check out the store front since we were already in the area. We understood that the store opens at 12 Noon, but wanted to see the storefront since we were in a search for a camera flash. The store didn't have the sign as shown on the photos. The , and next to a GOJA E-COMMERCE office. Confused that we even had the right location, we saw an employee working at his desk by the window. My friend- who is a senior citizen, knocked on the door and rang the door bell, and he saw us, but refused to have any ounce of common decency and politeness to answer our question. He flat out ignored us. We decided to dine at the Pollo Tropical nearby and wait a little past noon to visit the store, since we were in need of the flash. I wanted to make sure and called their store front- no response. The automated messages didn't specify any closures, etc. We then drove back around 12:20 PM and it was STILL closed!!! I knocked on the window to signal that same employee, but STILL ignored us! WOW. I am really disgusted by your "customer service" and lack thereof. I don't know if you guys are remodeling or even still in business, but it sucks that you guys wasted my time by not specifying anything. read more

Stumbled on Digital Goja via Amazon purchasing new lens. Two weeks later find myself in Maimi, Fl and the store was walking distance from my hotel... Yah! I placed an order to buy a lens last Friday, and add 2-day shipping to expect to receive the camera by this Thursday. But today (Monday) I received an email saying that my order is cancelled because my shipping address is a hotel without calling me or notifying me in advance( I can totally change the shipping address). I was there on Saturday looking for a bag to carry my Nikon DSLR camera, I was assisted by Izzy on the best suited bag for me. There's a reason why men don't ask for directions. It's because we know that there is an extremely low probability that anyone we ask will know what we're talking about. For this reason, I was dreading trying to find the right tripod for my wife's heavy camera lens. Where would I start? Wolf Camera in Fort Lauderdale had closed. Everything is bought on the internet these days. But what if you don't already know what you want? So after finishing a wonderful lunch of ceviche in Miami with my daughter, I began to google camera tripods. Digital Goja popped up. It looked small. Would there be anybody there to talk to? We drove on. We headed toward an industrial/warehouse district just west of MIA. I was feeling unoptimistic, to say the least. We found the place easily and walked in. We were greeted by Izzy, who turns out to be a wizard; a true photographic master who immediately knew what I was looking for and exuded confidence and customer service. The sale was made and we walked out the door feeling brilliant for having found an actual store in Miami where we will go for anything camera related that we may need in the future. I ordered a sensor cleaning kit for my dslr through Walmart. Digital Goja was the company Walmart was using. My package never arrived. I was told by Walmart to contact Digital Goja, so after making attempts to locate the package with no luck, I contacted Digital Goja, and they immediately responded and told me they'd send another identical order to my address. Additionally, they communicated with me throughout the week, assuring me they'd stand by their word. They did exactly that. I received my order, and if the original order shows up at some point, I'll be sure and send it back to them because good service and honesty are hard to find, but Digital Goja is everything I like in a company. I had pre-ordered a Sony a7RIII the day it came out through amazon, but after UPS delayed the shipment 5 days then eventually admitted to losing the package, I quickly called these guys up and they were amazing. The service was incredible, they are super friendly and happy to answer any question. They even threw in a carry bag and a 32GB SD card with the purchase. They even have a helpful presence online through YouTube where they show new products and speak about the latest and greatest camera technology and how to use them.
