Vintage cameras, latest cameras, cheap generic supplies for things you've lost, plenty of variety of bags, lights, films, friendly service, hole-in-the-wall establishment, friendly service, and even reasonable prices for a locally-owned store - this place has it all together that it is often recommended by real and professional photographers. All your needs would be met here, and your questions answered. To professional photographers, this is the best store in Miami. There's a vintage sign outside that says 24 hours photo developing, but I don't think that is offered anymore. But at least they keep things vintage as they like old things, as well as the new. Free parking is in the back - accessible on NE 2nd Ave, even though the storefront faces Biscayne Blvd. You can cut across the parking lot next door though, and get onto NE 2nd Ave and then park at the right parking lot.

Shoutout to Sergio and a few other friends on Instagram who suggested this spot as it is pretty much the only place that fixes cameras in Miami -- crazy I know! The man helping me was honest and gave me realistic expectations on how much it'll cost to fix and the timeframe. Additionally, he gave me great advice and best practices and how I should use my cameras with more causation. I'm hopeful that he'll be able to fix my camera without breaking the bank! The spot itself is very vintage like and outdated but kind of nostalgic and exactly what you'd imagine a spot that fixes cameras to look like. There was plenty of parking outside and the overall experience is pretty smooth. Crossing my fingers they work their magic and fix my camera soon!

I have been a full-time photographer since 2008 and have always had an affinity for Leica. One of my best friends acquired an m240 in 2018 and the more I was around it the more I thought about one. I did pick up a d-Lux 7 for a "fun" personal camera and honestly it was phenomenal for a point and shoot. Fast forward to quarantine 2020, my friend and I did a headshot exchange. The files out of the Leica were so beautiful that I was finally sold. I scoured the web looking for a mint condition Leica m240. I am convinced that it is one of like is best models because there were not many for sale online at all. I think Ebay had two for sale in the entire United States and all the leica stores that I had looked at didn't have any until I came across like a Miami. They had one m240 that was in great shape, and the price for the shape it was in seemed like such a great deal in my opinion. I purchased the camera in the evening in a Friday and the camera arrived from FL to SF on a Monday. I have been in love ever since. Look no further than Leica Miami, they are efficient, and when you email with a question they are so helpful and respond right away. They are my go to leica dealer.

I waited until I was in Miami because I assumed a Leica store would be able to assist me with a nearly new Leica product. I completely understand that the Miami store is independently owned and may not be able to exchange a camera purchased at another location. What I do not understand is the complete unwillingness to help. I had the Amsterdam store, where I purchased the camera, literally on the phone and asked the Miami representative if he would speak with them to see what could be done. He refused to even help or speak with the Amsterdam representative who was waiting to see what could be worked out.. Thankfully, the Amsterdam store was extremely helpful, reviewed my receipt, recognized how recently the camera was purchased, and is arranging for a brand-new replacement. For a premium brand like Leica, I expected a much higher level of customer service from an authorized store. Even if an exchange was not possible, simply making an effort to assist a customer or communicate with the selling Leica store would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, that was not my experience in Miami. Makes me even question purchasing a Leica and any customer service to come after that, especially from the Miami store.
