Booking: Nice easy, sign up system. Appointment scheduled same week, and photos turned over the next day. The photographer steven was very friendly, and communicated well in advance of appointment. Actual appointment and photos: I was a little concerned as the actual visit where photos were taken was a relatively short one (one hour for 24 photos). However, despite the brevity, the photos came out very well, and their CS was attentive to my needs..The photos came fast too, the morning following the appointment. Also was slightly surprised by the small watermark on the bottom left of the photos; however, it's extremely small, and not really visible...their dashboard system for follow up communications, and management of photos is cool, and makes it easy to book a subsequent appointment. Overall great experience, solid value, and would repeat.

They are no longer customer service oriented. Their customer service agents are nasty and unwilling to accept any responsibility for issues. The edits were subpar compared to what I am used to. Issues beyond my control which effected the photos were blamed on me. Based on this one experience, I will never use them again and can't in good faith recommend anyone else use them as well.

I hired Liam for a virtual wedding and he ruined the event. On August 15th, 2020, Liam's coworker…read morearrived at the venue to video the ceremony on zoom. He did not bring camera equipment instead set up a 9 inch iPad on a tripod. I supplied three videos to be played during the ceremony, the rest of the wedding was live interactions with the officiants. From the very beginning it was a complete disaster. The videographer recommended we start five minutes late to allow people to get in the waiting room, so we did. The first 15 minutes was a video I supplied Liam. for some reason, Liam's coworker muted the video and turned on the iPad's mic, so the guest listened to 15 minutes of idle conversation as the video played. When the ceremony begin, unmuted guests could be heard having conversations as the officiant tried to speak. Repeatedly, the officiant asked guests to mute their microphones. It never happened. Each time a guest made a noise the screen would go black and show the person's name and then would return to the ceremony. Liam was the host of the zoom function and should have had control of all microphones. He did nothing to silence the talking, as a result the service was lost to chatter and background noise. Liam also controlled entry into the wedding service. He left 40 guests in waiting room, none of which ever made it inside. 100% of the feedback was bad. The following day Liam sent me a copy of his work at the wedding and it was unwatchable. When I asked for a refund for services he certainly did not provide, he immediately edited the video and blamed everyone from the officiant, zoom, me and location for the disaster. He even stated had I purchased a more expensive video package from him the quality would have been better. When I asked if he would highlight my wedding on his website he said, "No". I'm aware a zoom event is never going to be the quality of a videotaped presentation. I knew that when I hired a "professional" videographer. What I didn't expect was getting someone who knew nothing about Zoom or virtual events. Liam started the event late, muted the videos, allowed guests to speak freely throughout the service and blocked 40 people from attending the wedding. He considers what he did , "good work"... We didn't think about it too much, we said "Yes!", paid the fee required to have Liam join us on our day, and waited for our day to arrive. Wedding Day: Marco arrived early to the Church, and MJ made quick and great work of getting some excellent shots of him before the ceremony. Two of our most cherished photographs of the day were of him and his Mother, and him and my Grandmother. MJ captured the venue details as well, beautifully. I didn't notice photographs being taken of me, or the videographer capturing the walk - that is how discreet the Team is. Only specific moments were paused, ever so momentarily, to capture really excellent shots (key shot, when exiting the Church, is stopping halfway down the aisle, with guests and everyone beaming, and having another kiss - this is a great shot, which we hadn't thought of, but now wouldn't want to live without!). During the cocktail hour, the group photos were handled by Liam - and again, the experience that he and his Team has, it really shone bright here. Liam kept me calm, all while capturing the (literally) dozens of group photographs which we required (it was an incredible list of around 50 group photos, with different permutations of the guests). Not only did he capture wonderful photos, he kept me calm! After the group photos, we went for a stroll, groom + me and Liam + Antonio, to capture portraits of us. They are a very creative team and if you engage their services, let them loose! We ended up with incredible shots of us + the venue - one of our favorite is the one under the gargantuan tree outside with the dark moss, and of course the drone footage of us walking the grounds. We had photography done at the reception (Fogo de Chao) as well, of the venue + cake cutting + candids. I am running out of space! Character limits are awful. Delivery of photos+videos (high definition!) was very fast and secure, as well. Excellent service all around, start to finish. Book their services now! She sent me her video demos and I was sold. I called them immediately hoping to secure my date and referred them to another friend before even meeting with them; that's how certain I was of their work. Our first meeting went amazing!! My fiance and I went in to their office to view some demos, talk about our wedding and our wants, plus some style and unique ideas. A couple days later my parents went in to meet with them and pay the deposit. We were all super impressed with their vision, their creativity, their attention to detail, and their overall interest in doing a great job and always making a product that will be fresh and new. They are constantly challenging themselves to improve and grow their business. These guys are the real deal and I am super looking forward to having them be a part of my wedding day.

We were visiting from Washington state and had paid $175 deposit for a photo session. Unfortunately…read moreall of us got really sick with the flu and couldn't do it. Moreover the weather that day was very windy and rainy and it wouldn't have worked anyway. We contacted the guy and explained the situation and he said no refunds under any circumstances. He said the only thing we can do is reschedule. How can we reschedule when we don't live in Florida? He never even stated any terms and conditions, we never signed any contract. This is shady business practice and even airlines are not as stubborn and you can work it out with them, but not this guy. He basically stole $175 because he wants to make his money no matter what. This is the difference between a good business and a terrible one. I would avoid him at all cost as you have no rights.
