We are at…read morethe Faro Blanco resort ( Hilton curio) and they were very kind to accommodate us last minute and drive all the way out ( for a fee) for our maternity shoot. I was definitely a little nervous going into the shoot, not knowing what the expect and the weather was a little windy too. We were also not familiar with the resort yet to know what were some good photo ops etc. Jose and Cynthia made us feel at ease right from the get go - they were somewhat familiar with the area and were quickly able to scope out and arrange for great photos. Jose did a lot of work behind the lens while Cynthia sweetly directed us, while also taking some very specific stylized pictures. We did at least 5-6 different spots at the resort, with clear and easy direction from Cynthia. They continued to show us their work on camera as we went through the shoot, chatting and joking with us, making us feel at ease. Their composition skills for photos are excellent, with a keen eye on lighting, props etc. I obviously haven't seen the final product yet, but given our excellent experience with the couple, I would highly recommend them. What we saw of photos on their camera, I have no doubts the photos will turn out good. Their service definitely comes at a premium price, but I think it's totally worth it

The search is over, you found the best photographers ! I…read morewas looking for photographers in the area when I found them on the internet, after reading reviews online I decided to contact them . I proceed with booking them for the following reasons : - Very professional & communicative via text messages - Multiple packages/pricing options to fit our needs & budgets - Extremely accommodating with our busy schedule and desired location The day of the photo shoot , other than being (and i quote my kids) : " a really nice couple " . - They made us feel comfortable - They made it fun and dynamic - Loved their patience when dealing with the kids and our crazy dog - They switched us to multiple locations, suggested poses , worked with us finding the best lighting & scene & checked with me during the process After the photo shoot : -They responded to my questions about updates in the process -The waiting period was 7 business days, as promised The only request I had was: make sure that out of all the pictures we get one good family portrait where the dog isn't looking crazy and the kids look decent ( might sound like a simple thing but trust me others photographers have failed miserably at this ). Villas Channel delivered ! I got more than one good portrait , I got the best family photos hoot we have had !

I was shocked at how hostile, unprofessional, and passive aggressive she was with a potential new client. I was simply trying to get basic information so that I could book my session. Her final classic passive aggressive jab after I called her out on her rude behavior- sorry you feel that way. I just had to laugh it off and move on as no photographer is worth dealing with this treatment. If getting simple information was this aggravating I had no interest in booking with her. It turns out I dodged a bullet because I discovered months later that a new friend had used her for her newborn photos and told me it was a nightmare to get her actual photos back with months of delays and bogus lies and excuses for the delays.
