what can i say about SONYA. we love this woman, she is amazing!! Me and my husband had the pleasure of having Sonya as our photographer for our wedding. We got married on January 7, 2011. On our way to our first meeting with Sonya i was feeling anxious, i didnt know what to expect. BUT As soon as we walked up to her, i felt how positive, warm and sweet she is. We didn't feel pressured to decide anything right away, and After looking through her portfolio i knew that she was the photographer we wanted. we stayed in contact up until the wedding and she really was on top of everything. she had timelines, and styles all picked out and knew exactly what we wanted. Day of the wedding she showed up at the venue and made me and the ENTIRE wedding feel completely at ease! quite a few made the comment that they thought she was a friend of mine because she wasn't "in the way of everything" like other photographers they'd seen. She's like a wedding ninja. she blends in so well that nobody noticed she was there..and she does beautiful work. =0) When we got our pictures back...ohmygod, they were sooo amazing. she captured exactly what we wanted and we were thrilled with the high quality and creative pictures we got!! Choosing a photographer is a tough decision when planning for your wedding. They provide you a record and photo diary when looking back years to come on your special day. Sonya Revell was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. My husband and I fell in love with her work as a modeling and commercial photographer and loved the way she photographed. She is modern, her pictures are colorful and vivid, and she has the creative eye for capturing beautiful pictures. We took engagement photos at the Alameda County Fair and we loved the way she was excited to be there with us. Sonya Revell is a VERY talented photographer. I recently asked Sonya to photograph my two toddlers. I wanted some fun photos to capture the essence of their personalities. Sonya achieved this beautifully! We got together for a Sunday afternoon in the park with props, clothes, bike, ball and my two mischievous little ones. Sonya was SO patient. She has a great eye for colors. She used the natural sunlight to great effect. Her pictures are stunning. She captured so many small moments while the kids were playing and enjoying themselves. I love Sonya Revell. Sonya was the photographer I hired for my wedding on April 25th, 2010 at the Palm Event Center in Pleasanton. Sonya was wonderful to work with. She is very easy going and professional at the same time. I felt comfortable having her around all day long. She scouted the venue before the wedding so she knew the lay out of the site before we got there. She posted our wedding photos two weeks after our wedding. They came out wondeful. While we were nervous about every other aspect of our wedding day, we had no concerns about Sonya. She was a calming, experienced presence and a joy to work with.
