I know it's the Hialeah location and all but let's not just hire the first girl that comes in... Over the phone, they are equally unprofessional and put you on hold for 10 minutes at a time. It doesn't matter at what time you are calling they always put you on hold. I was told I was going to be given full details of the question I asked because they don't want to have to repeat it to me again 2 weeks before the event. Really!? Terrible!!!

Great, right? Then the second you pay and show up for the photoshoot, the entire company drops the ball and disappears. The timeline they promised? Gone. It suddenly becomes "whenever we feel like it." You can't get them on the phone. Emails go unanswered. The locations -- especially Villa Blanca and Royal Mansion -- are outdated and ugly, nothing like the fantasy they sell you. When I expressed concern about the scenery, the photographer looked me dead in the eyes and assured me "everything will look beautiful." I stupidly believed they'd actually edit the photos or use some of that AI they clearly plaster all over their advertising. Nine weeks later I finally get the "edited" photos... and they look EXACTLY like the raw originals. Zero improvements. Not even basic color correction. When I asked for the changes they promised, suddenly nobody knows what I'm talking about. I even sent side-by-side comparisons -- my daughter's photos versus their own advertising shots from the exact same location -- proving they put in zero effort. Still nothing. This is straight-up bait-and-switch. They take your money fast but deliver the absolute minimum (if they deliver at all). Other parents I know went through the exact same nightmare. The lack of communication, broken promises, and lazy editing is disgusting. I deeply regret booking with them and I'm furious I have to chase these people down just to get what I already paid for. Save yourself the headache and the wasted money -- do NOT book with this company. What you see on their website and ads is complete lies. Once they have your payment, you're on your own.
