The whole process was less than 10 minutes and the cost was almost the same with the local pharmacies. But what I received was a passport photo taken by a experienced professional photographer with actual studio lighting. Also, since the studio is located near several different foreign embassies, the photographer even has all the settings for the photo requirements for different country ready in the computer.
