I waited until I was in Miami because I assumed a Leica store would be able to assist me with a nearly new Leica product. I completely understand that the Miami store is independently owned and may not be able to exchange a camera purchased at another location. What I do not understand is the complete unwillingness to help. I had the Amsterdam store, where I purchased the camera, literally on the phone and asked the Miami representative if he would speak with them to see what could be done. He refused to even help or speak with the Amsterdam representative who was waiting to see what could be worked out.. Thankfully, the Amsterdam store was extremely helpful, reviewed my receipt, recognized how recently the camera was purchased, and is arranging for a brand-new replacement. For a premium brand like Leica, I expected a much higher level of customer service from an authorized store. Even if an exchange was not possible, simply making an effort to assist a customer or communicate with the selling Leica store would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, that was not my experience in Miami. Makes me even question purchasing a Leica and any customer service to come after that, especially from the Miami store.

They have limited hours on Saturday 11-3pm, and 11-6pm during the weekdays, closed on Sunday. I came by to drop off a color roll and it was very straightforward. The staff was kind. They were out of color film and didn't have point and shoots but I can imagine with logistical nightmares it's tough to be in stock. Their prices are affordable and are ready within 2 days via google drive. They currently don't develop B&W, only color. The quality was quite good. Will definitely be coming by again soon!

The flyers we received did not match the PDF proof and were THE WRONG SIZE. Our flyers was sloppily cut and ruined with random printing from a completely different order on the margins. I have yet to receive a straight answer from ClubFlyers about our refund. They offered to have the flyers shipped back to recut the flyers and remove the defective margins, but we have already ordered replacement flyers from a different printing company because we no longer trust the quality or integrity of ClubFlyers' services. We can't wait for them to fix what should have been done right the first time. Since we already ordered replacement flyers from another company, we want a refund. I've sent repeated email requests asking about our refund and all I get is static.  I started this order in October. I can't believe I'm still dealing with it.
