Great experience! They blew up some of my photography and did an awesome job. Dominique made a suggestion to put one of them on aluminium and it looks amazing! Highly recommend! read more

Well they promise but don't deliver what they promise, lower quality and not as promised. But they try! It's good!

I was lucky to use them at a huge discounted saving and thought that the prints would not be up to par quality wise because of the saving. However, I got personalized attention and the end product was as I had imagined. I had three images printed on diasec and the colors and the end result of the acrylic finish was outstanding. They were also patient and helpful with my specific requests. I am really happy with Tropicolor... I just wish they would change their tag line from "Big Ass" to something that isn't so distasteful when referencing them... Just saying. read more

This place is awesome. They did a great job enlarging a special photograph. Reasonable price and completed on time. Highly recommend read more

This printing store is a printing palace to me! 5 The service is outstanding; Annabel was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and walked me through each step of printing something spectacular with my limited experience. We use Tropicolor for printing various custom creations on mediums such as acrylic, paper, and metal over the past 15 years. They most recently have provided us with a hundred high-end acrylic print easels with stylish stainless steel supports, and also large format prints on surfaces such as metal and paper. The employees and manager at Tropicolor are always professional, courteous and diligent. Highly recommend them... Sandi (RB, LLC) read more

Great print quality on paper. The stuff is friendly and flexible to customers needs (they offered to stay a few minutes late if I couldn't make it before closing time). Processing time is right but could be faster. Still, very decent if you consider prices and the final product. I'm very pleased with these guys. Print on aluminum was good too. A bit over-exposed-ish looking but definitely cool looking. Would be nice if they had in-house framing/mounting but again, that's not their business. Just a "nice to have" I'll definitely come back here. read more

The work that they do at Tropicolor, and the turnaround times are awesome. Family owned on south beach is rare these days so another added bonus. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind and courteous. Thanks John Nina and staff for your service here on Miami Beach south beach. read more

What a disappointment. Took two paintings in to be framed, picked out frames/matting with an apathetic girl, paid higher than I thought was reasonable because this place had better reviews than others, waited one week for them to be finished only to arrive and find that they had put the wrong matting on both paintings. Now have to wait additional days to get my paintings. No apologies or discounts offered, just pure apathy. read more

Best service and top quality product! Love them! They are always on time and the service is impeccable.

Awww - I used to come to this place all the time to print photos. The prices are decent - and you can upload online which is always nice. The quality is better than you'd get at CVS or Walgreens, and the girls behind the counter are always pleasant and helpful. The store has some kiosks in which you can print your photos directly - and they have a nifty little shop with frames and such. The parking is metered, if you are lucky to find a spot on alton or adjacent roads. If you want a really professional photo - esp. an enlarged one - you have to go (super expensive) to the photo place in that Mac Daddy office building right on 5th as your getting off the 395. I forget what it's called - it's on the right side of the street. Right on 5th and one road east of Alton. PM - if you really want to know the name - I'll dredge up an old credit card statement! read more

Black and white photos came out with a blue color cast. They use Fuji paper instead of the standard Kodak Endura Professional. (always do test prints!) Of course Tropicolor is perfectly fine if you're just printing family photos. I'll have to stick with nyc or driving up to Ft. Lauderdale for prints... read more

I live in NYC and have all my photoplexi work done at here. The quality is better then Duggal and cheaper as well. I can honest say the customer service has been very helpful especially bc i don't live in Miami. read more

My clients and myself were SUPER pleased and most impressed with the amazing color of the plexi and aluminum (very large) pieces that were produced for us at Tropicolor. The quality has been proven over the test of time, whether they hung in a seafood retail store or a private home. I have personally done business with John and his brother Tom for the past 18 years. Highly professional, and great service. You can't get better! read more

I love this place. Super professional and great quality. The best I have seen in miami.

I have never purchased from them but they email me constantly for a review or anything else that they feel like bothering me with. They have 5 stars for annoying spam email. read more

I needed something for a client and in a HURRY. If you are in the graphic design biz, HURRY is always when it's needed. Anyway, I contacted Tropicolor and that is exactly what they did, HURRIED! They sent my print quickly and it looked great. Only one problem...there was a border that was eliminated when cut. I contacted Tropicolor and their attitude was, "No problem!". They reprinted, WITH the border and shipped it asap. So would I recommend them, HELL YES! If you want quality, speed and MOST important, GREAT customer service, then yes, Go to Tropicolor Big Ass Prints. If you want shit, go to Kinkos. read more

Tropicolor is wonderful! The team is always helpful and professional. All pieces are delivered on time and in great condition!

I have 2 huge pieces made at Tropicolir and love them! Everyone who comes over compliments them. I had moved to Texas and tried to have a plexiglass art made locally, but the piece warped and the hanging mechanism was such a complicated contraption that I ended up getting it done at Tropicolor who again did a wonderful job and facilitated the entire process. It was mailed to my Texas house in perfect condition. I would return to Tropicolor every time! Thank you Tropicolor read more
