So there is no way to claim. On top of it they were rude and unhelpful when I had to seek shelter inside their store when one of their Amazon and USPS delivery people gaslighted me yelling at me when I asked the USPS driver to please move her (illegally parked) white unmarked vehicle from behind my parked car so I could get out. Suddenly The Amazon worker rushed out of her truck and over to me. I had gotten out to ask the USPS driver after three times to please move and then I decided to get the ID of the vehicle as that was my only recourse. The Amazon worker rushed at me saying I was harassing the USPS driver. I moved quickly into my car for safety but she followed me and she banged on my glass screaming at me "what is wrong with you white people" They Karenized me gaslighting the situation when they were being aggressive. When I ducked into their store to ask them to please get their delivery people off of me they told me I had to leave that it was "too loud" instead one of them went outside to chat with the Amazon worker and smiled as he left the store to talk to her I felt threatened so instead I called 911 as the Amazon worker was outside the shop not letting me leave. I will never set foot in this place again. They work with bullies and thugs. Meanwhile I was late to work and the cops did nothing either. Never set foot in this bizarre palace again - and I escalated the situation to Amazon, because this shop did nothing to palliate that the drivers that work with them bully their customers and they don't care that they block traffic for their purposes

This place is like a UPS Store but they offer so much more, such as passport services, fingerprinting services, notary, and of course regular mail service VIA USPS and and not use UPS. When I arrived, Jaime (male) assisted me in using the fingerprint machine which is all done electronically; gone are the days of using an ink pad, or the ink roller that takes a heap of thick ink that's rolled on a piece of paper. I can't say enough nice things about Jaime...his whole attitude and humble service was so uncompelling, I honestly wished the world was filled with Jamies... His quiet demeanor threw me off a bit as I'm not sure if he's the owner or not but he's been there for a while. I hope he's the owner and reaping in hug amounts of cash; this person changed my day from an incredibly bad one needing to spend it at a lab place down the street with some nitwit of a nasty woman.

My husband dropped off a business package for DHL at 1pm on Tuesday. We printed the labels, and they applied them and took the packages. According to the website, pick up is daily at 5pm. I see from the tracking that the packages haven't moved. These are urgent international business packages, extremely expensive, and prompt shipments are vital. I called on Wednesday, and was told that DHL didn't come Tuesday, but they would be coming on Wednesday. Again, Thursday morning there is no update, I called and she said DHL didn't show, and I can come pick up the packages. My husband went to pick up the package, and he complained about the service, saying that the customer should be called and informed that there was no pickup, and that timeliness is extremely important. She said "Don't tell me how to do my job", and said "I'm not giving you the packages", and proceeded to take them to the back and said "Have a good day". My husband said "what is your name, you're rude. Give me my packages". She ignored him continuing to the back with the packages, and so he walked behind the counter to retrieve our packages, videoing to document. She turned around and said "Rude?" and made a fist, and began to physically hit and slap him to prevent him from taking the packages. We have it all on video, and I'm sure it is on video inside the store. This is attempted theft and physical assault, my husband is quite shocked and upset. This is absolutely unacceptable. We expect to be provided with a phone number or email through which we can reach the OWNER ASAP for an explanation, or else we will file a police report.

It took almost two months to recover our deposit and, adding insult to injury, we also got charged an extra month of rent in violation of our agreement. In the end, we were repaid in full almost two months after vacating the premises and after spending hours calling and chasing their accountant, who is incompetent and an absolute disgrace to the profession.

I found out at about 8:15 p.m. on a Tuesday that I needed to pack and ship a package. I was leaving on business very early the next morning and would be gone for several days, so I needed to get this shipped that evening. Even the post offices that stay open late close by 6 so that was out, FedEx/Kinkos was out because I don't have an extra testicle, which is what it would've cost to ship this heavy box using FedEx, so my only hope was to find a store that ships packages via UPS or USPS. I remember seeing this place along US1 in the plaza where TGI Fridays and Pier 1 Imports are located. I boxed everything up and headed out, hoping they were open (I couldn't remember the name of the place and couldn't find them in the few Google searches I did, so I couldn't call ahead). I arrived just after 9, the "OPEN" sign was still lit, and the door was unlocked. I walked in, thinking that maybe they were supposed to close at 9. I saw 2 people (the owners I think) in the back, and a chain gate was pulled 1/2 way across the hallway between the front of the business and the area where the sales counter is located. I asked if they were still open and pointed toward the "OPEN" sign that was still lit up. The man looked up and said "We close at 7 on weekdays". I asked if he could help me out, and I nicely explained again that I stopped because his open sign was still on. He smiled and said "You can come in". The woman who was working there was friendly and took care of me quickly, and because of their kindness I could relax knowing that these things were shipped before I left the next morning. That's customer service at its best! As far as the store, they sell boxes, tape and packaging products, they can ship via UPS, USPS and FedEx and they also sell stamps. I also believe you can drop items off to them and they will package them up for you and ship them. The next time I need shipping supplies or need to ship items, I'll be coming here for sure; They've earned my business. Come to think of it, I think I'll also send them one of the "You've been Yelped" cards as well!
