I called him when I left my house (mind you I live about an hour away from this place) and let him know I was on the way to check out the signs as well as discuss some other issues we needed to resolve. He was very nice and I told him we could discuss it more once I got there. I get there walk in and ask for Zac and they tell me he is not there and someone else takes over from that point and tells me the signs are not ready and I'll have to be back at 4. Apparently they had printed one and it came out bad so they were working on that one still and hadn't started the next one. I go back and I will say they were kind enough to show me how to set them up (which I've never done before) and send me on my way. The next day at the event I'm setting up (15 minutes before it starts) and one of the pieces jams and I can't get it to go up all the way. My boss called and they sent someone to fix it so that was nice.
