The graciously gave me a card that had the only information and they sprayed the card so if I would remember the sent. That was just one little detail along with their smiling faces, sunny disposition, willingness to help effectively and professionally, and the fact that they taped the box no charge were all just my reasons for calling this place my UPS store. It's the only courier shop that has a 4 star rating while take a look at the grumbling reviews on any platform they don't exceed 2 star. It's clean, well stocked, neat, offers a host for great services including notarizing, shredding, printing etc and the staff is stellar and always helpful. They are all UPS stores but franchises so you are dealing with small shop owners. Even if I have a closer UPS I make it here hands down. I support great local businesses.

I like to observe how other customers are treated and hope I receive the same or better treatment (if service is good). Well, from my observation there is a great team of an older gentleman, a middle age gentleman and a younger gentleman who all work well as a team and project the same professionalism to each and every customer who walks in the door. It is always great to see how and when businesses show care and concern for customers. From my observation they are all committed to making sure the customer is pleased with the professional products they provided. Had a Amazon return that I went to drop off at this store. The box was sealed and old labels…read moreremoved. UPS Store employees (Zach) advised me I had to pack the box inside another box even though this was the box amazon shipped it to me. He pointed to a sign on the counter and could not tell me where it said it had to be repacked. Ended up paying 14 dollars for a box there. Amazon confirmed that this was not correct. Amazon advised that if the box is packed in the original manner it was shipped and the labels are removed, UPS Store is supposed to take the package at no cost to the customer and it does not need to be placed in a plain box. This was a horrible nickle and dime scam that was reported to Amazon. I say this because it seems this location (which until today ive never had an issue) see's a lot of elderly folks. The person that helped me claimed he was the manager so I put this here for people to be cautious.

On top of it they were rude and unhelpful when I had to seek shelter inside their store when one of their Amazon and USPS delivery people gaslighted me yelling at me when I asked the USPS driver to please move her (illegally parked) white unmarked vehicle from behind my parked car so I could get out. Suddenly The Amazon worker rushed out of her truck and over to me. I had gotten out to ask the USPS driver after three times to please move and then I decided to get the ID of the vehicle as that was my only recourse. The Amazon worker rushed at me saying I was harassing the USPS driver. I moved quickly into my car for safety but she followed me and she banged on my glass screaming at me "what is wrong with you white people" They Karenized me gaslighting the situation when they were being aggressive. When I ducked into their store to ask them to please get their delivery people off of me they told me I had to leave that it was "too loud" instead one of them went outside to chat with the Amazon worker and smiled as he left the store to talk to her I felt threatened so instead I called 911 as the Amazon worker was outside the shop not letting me leave. I will never set foot in this place again. They work with bullies and thugs. Meanwhile I was late to work and the cops did nothing either. Made an appointment online to have my fingerprints taken the other day and this was the most…read moreconvenient place closest to me. It's a fee of $85.00 and is collected at the time you make it. This place is like a UPS Store but they offer so much more, such as passport services, fingerprinting services, notary, and of course regular mail service VIA USPS and and not use UPS. When I arrived, Jaime (male) assisted me in using the fingerprint machine which is all done electronically; gone are the days of using an ink pad, or the ink roller that takes a heap of thick ink that's rolled on a piece of paper. I can't say enough nice things about Jaime...his whole attitude and humble service was so uncompelling, I honestly wished the world was filled with Jamies... His quiet demeanor threw me off a bit as I'm not sure if he's the owner or not but he's been there for a while. I hope he's the owner and reaping in hug amounts of cash; this person changed my day from an incredibly bad one needing to spend it at a lab place down the street with some nitwit of a nasty woman.
