I walked in this morning to send a package and was greeted first and foremost by wonderful smell coming from the store. I asked the two beautiful young ladies what was that smell was it a shampoo what were they wearing what did they burn. The graciously gave me a card that had the only information and they sprayed the card so if I would remember the sent. That was just one little detail along with their smiling faces, sunny disposition, willingness to help effectively and professionally, and the fact that they taped the box no charge were all just my reasons for calling this place my UPS store. It's the only courier shop that has a 4 star rating while take a look at the grumbling reviews on any platform they don't exceed 2 star. It's clean, well stocked, neat, offers a host for great services including notarizing, shredding, printing etc and the staff is stellar and always helpful. They are all UPS stores but franchises so you are dealing with small shop owners. Even if I have a closer UPS I make it here hands down. I support great local businesses. read more

Because I sell shoes I have to ship often and Fransley is always happy and very attentive when he is helping me as a representative. He also helps me print documents I need as well, printing them correctly the first time and in a timely manner. Working away from a corporate location is difficult, especially when you work for a manufacturer. I am often left with heavy boxes, odds and ends and run around with limited time trying to get shipments executed smoothly. In this location, I had an easy experience of something that could've been mayhem. Stumbling with heavy duty equipment that was clunky, not boxed, and awkward I showed up to the location harried. They aren't parked in a prime location if you're shlepping stuff, so I ended up blocking a walkway from Publix while I ran to get a handtruck. 15 sweaty minutes later, my stuff was in there and I couldn't see an end to it. Alas, Jeremy Ramirez unbelievably calm and nice assisted me and made it effortless. Mine and my company information pulled up, he went ahead and help me get everything organized and boxed, popcorned, marked appropriately. The customer service is impeccable I moved from California three weeks ago and I needed to find a place and I came across this UPS store; they are so friendly, they always smile and they are so helpful. Sharina is my point person and every day I, asked for her. She is at the front smiling and she never says no. She always helps people with whatever they need. This is the worst UPS I've every been to. Time after time they are rude and unhelpful. Once they refused to accept a box because it was a shoe box. It was perfectly sturdy with double cardboard walls, taped as normal. There objection was that it was a brand name box going back to that company. He just wanted to see me a ups box which is ridiculous. I went to the next ups store and not even a comment, just a helpful employee that does not work at this location. This people are amazing. We send some documents to Venezuela to be delivered in 2 days in sep 18. After they took more that 2 weeks for delivery, we had to pay for the documents again and send them with Fedex. We ask them for our money back since there was no use for those documents delivered so late. At the store Jeremy told me that they where not UPS. And to wait until the documents were delivered to make the claim. After almost a week . I called back and they said that they took it so long because of IRMA. Irma ???? UNACCEPTABLE answer What kind of responsibility they take for their customers. DO NOT SEND anything through UPS overseas this people are really irresponsible. This is the worse store around.
