We stopped by here yesterday to drop off several packages, mostly returns. The store looks well managed, shelves neat and stocked, and a smiling staff behind the counter. It was busy but the line was moving. We were able to park on the street in front of the store. Everything went well. read more

The owner of the store literally locked the door in front of my face at 2:55 on a saturday when they close at 3:00 pm. As far as i am concerned you are obligated to operate your store until 3:00 pm. read more

I had a wonderful experience at this UPS store today! The manager was friendly and helpful. I was able to print my colored copies on card stock paper without any problems. I had a terrible experience. Huge price for black&white printing and unfriendly employees. I had to print one page in 3 copies from USB. I asked for help, the employee insterted my flash drive in printer, started looking for button to copy, did not find it and went to serve the buyer. I spent some time pressing every button on this printer and as a result, I found the they way to open my flash drive and print, but it turned out that it was impossible to print a specific page, I asked the staff if it was possible but he said no. Then I printed three copies of the entire document, paid (I was shocked by the price 25$ for 48 sheets) and left. At home, I found that the filled fields of the PDF file on the printed sheets are all empty so it became useless. I came back and asked for return, they said that this is my file and they dont know what is it, I asked him to check himself but he refused, he said they spent money on ink, on paper and so on, so we can't give you back your money. (probably they spent some kilos of black inc for my 48 golden sheets of paper) So as the result I lost $25 on nothing and was dissapointed. After that I went to Fedex office 3miles away and a cute girl printed 3 pages for me for free... read more

I was charged $3.21 for printing 1 black and white page. The Manager charged me $2.50 for using the computer and the rest for the single black and white copy. I made the copy from my USB. I never logged in to the internet nor my email nor anything else but to access my USB and print this one page, it took me less than a minute. They have a copy machine with a USB but a customer is not allowed to use it and they have another one behind the counter but they said this is not for customer use either. You are forced to use the computer to print and they take advantage of this by price gouging, or should I say bullying as when I said something about the price and how I technically did not use the computer and disagreed with the up-sale I was greeted with a smirk and a cowardly answer that corporate sets the prices. Imagine my surprise when I heard $3.21 for one black and white copy. I was essentially stolen from. There is no price transparency nor any ethical worker/manager here. Didn't appreciate being taken advantage of. I will continue to take my business to Fed Ex on Biscayne and 123rd street. fast friendly and transparent. read more
