I am glad I found Computes IT Solutions. They sent me Angel, who has a name that describes him well. I had a long list of things I wanted to fix, change or improve, and not just limited to my 3 Apple devices, backups, sync, etc, but also restoring lost music, programming a new vacuum-robot cleaner, etc. Angel was quick, efficient, helpful and very kind. The only time they reached out was when they had a question about the payment. 2) I simply asked for my keyboard keys to be made less sticky. They didn't fix the problem at all. I NOW have to take it back to another technician. 3) A week after I left my computer at the store, once they said they had fixed it, they called and said that they had lost my password. I told them multiple times what it was and texted it to them. They said it didn't work and asked me to come down. Once I was there, they said they got it to work. This was the absolute biggest waste of money I have ever spent. And the biggest biggest waste of time. I 100% don't recommend this service, and please don't book an appointment with them. My technician was called Darian. I don't know if it was his fault, or the fault of the company - probably both. but I was shock by the deception and unreliability.

I didn't have a particularly complicated set-up but his communication in…read moresetting up the appoint was excellent, he showed up on time, and he gave me specific advice regarding new hardware that would greatly increase my network and wifi speed in my two story 4,000 sq. ft home. He then came back a couple of days later and installed everything and made sure that my server was connected and everything ran properly. For apple devices only capable of 5 ghz wifi band, I got an increase from about 120mb to about 250 mb. On Devices capable of using the 6 ghz band, I went from 120mb to about 700mb. Then he helped set up my work server so that other employees could access my billing database so that I did not need to have a complicated and manpower intensive way of getting everyone's data into the master file. He went above and beyond the call of duty, was knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended.

At the same time I noticed that they also did computer repair, I was having some minor issues with my laptop and figured why not bring it in. I had mentioned that my computer had some viruses & that it was over heating. I emphasized that I needed all the material on the computer and that I did not want anything to be erased. They assured me that they could do it. They estimated the repair to be about 3-5 business days in order for parts to be delivered. I waited two and a half weeks for my laptop to be repaired. Far longer then what they had estimated. Upon arrival I was informed that they deleted all of my data because I had not approved a data back up which was not mentioned at the time of service even though the lab top memo clearly stated "customer needs her data, be careful" I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in their service. The entire purpose of the repair was to maintain all of my stored work, if I had wanted a clean hard drive I would have invested in a new laptop. Long story short, the shop is only efficient in cell phone repair. I will not be returning.
